Ordered pizza for delivery, got wrong pizza with different sauce, but today when i called them to redeem the credit on my account, the representative give me the perfect pizza what i want. Although it was very thought to explain on phone because of the poor english skill.

They didn't have mac and cheese, no big deal there. They just substituted, however my gf is a vegetarian and they subbed the mac and cheese for chicken Alfredo without even attempting to consult us. They said that they called us to decide on a substitute for the mac and cheese when they didn't, i even checked my phone history. Im currently on hold and have been since i called 15 minutes ago. Oh also the food had hair in it. Disgusting. Worst pizza hut ive been to.

Probably the best pizza hut experience since the early 2000s. They were very busy but the food came out hot, correct, and cooked perfectly. Just the right amount of toppings and sauce. The crust was soft, not over or under cooked. Very happy with the front counter staff that helped me when I messed up the timing on my online order. We will be back.

No sit-in service anymore. It has totally gone downhill since covid. Delivery is not an option for people who live out of town. We just don't go there anymore.

Delivery driver needsto knock on the door a little harder. Left it in front of my apartment for over 40 mins I had no clue it was delivered already

Ordered pizza for myself and 3 children, and once my friend also joined she had some of the pepperoni and not even 20 minutes later puked it all up, and then all the kids began puking, my daughter puked for 28 hours straight and could not keep anything down. When I called to inform them that we got sick from this pepperoni pizza they began to tell me no one else called and had the same problem, but it was obvious it was food poisoning from the pepperoni pizza, especially since I was the only one that didn’t get sick, cause I did not eat the pepperoni pizza. Was told management would be calling me the following day regarding the situation and still have yet to hear back.I would not suggest this place as they have no care for their customers.

My kids and I got food poisoning from the pizza we got for delivery. We called to let them know everyone was sick and they were rude about it, basically told us we were lying, and hung up the phone. Do not recommend this place because they do not care for their costumers.

Food is so expensive now and the pizzas are so small. 80$ and it barely was enough to feed to family and that was with a "deal" . Also can't even eat in since COVID so why bother keeping such a big building. Don't recommend
