I've usually received good service at Tim Hortons, but the last two times I've asked that the English muffins for my breakfast sandwiches be double-toasted (the bread barely gets warm otherwise and under toasted English muffins are gross) and they didn't. Again. I'm glad they moved to freshly cooked egg at least.

Was visiting from Chicago and literally stopped here every day, if not twice a day.
We had the Iced coffee, Ice Caps, and Iced Lattes. The donuts are super fresh. My favorite is the honey curller. Also tried one of their new peperoni pizzas and it was very good.
Basically, Tim's will not disappoint no matter what you get.

Stopped in with my daughter and was 3rd in line. In the time it took to get to the counter (wasn't that long), 2 people got in line behind me. When I got to the counter it was as if I had inconvenienced the lady behind the counter and she was clearly not wanting to deal with my order. This is the case every time I have been in that store. Will not go back.

Worst Tim’s we’ve ever been in. Service was horrible. Flies everywhere, even inside the donut display. Washroom was filthy and no paper towels. Will never stop there again!

Coffee is always amazing but sometimes the food order can be messed up but they will replace if you call and inform them.
Had the BEST sandwich and iced coffee I've ever had at any tim hortons. The staff were incredibly friendly and created an atmosphere which was very welcoming!
