They don't actually like to do their jobs. If you go into the store they just stare at you and don't serve you. I had a ASK someone to take orders cuz the line was getting long. That's absurd, do better

“Once again, the bagel had barely anything on it and wasn’t toasted, even though my son specifically asked for it. We only realized after we were too far away to return. This might seem minor, but when it’s the only thing he ordered and it keeps happening, it’s unacceptable and very frustrating.”

Always excellent service and fresh food.
Usually if we’re in the drive thru and forget to order an item we just accept it and move on. Today however one of my children was having a rough day and really wanted a pumpkin muffin. I inquired at the window if we could quickly add a muffin to our order and the very helpful staff made it happen very quickly. I want to thank them for their diligence and kindness. Shout out to Faith at the window and the staff member (sorry I didn’t get his name) who quickly grabbed the muffin.

I can’t give zero star. They were not busy as I think but two ladies no one of them took my order. I waited for 10 mints even you are not busy. It shows how much you value your guests. Very poor attitude. I can’t say poor service because they didn’t serve me. They just ignore. Terrible

Customer service does need work. The younger children working don't look up at all/are unresponsive. Food and atmosphere was great, but it was challenging to understand when the gal at the register was talking to us, the kitchen, or a staff member behind her, or someone behind us.

I'm sorry, but the service at this location is absolutely absurd. Extremely slow service indoors. They prioritized the drive thru to the point that indoor customers were crammed in an area, and no one was taking orders. After waiting 15 minutes, they finally opened two tills to take orders. People's orders were being sent back as the staff were giving wrong orders. You've got one staff member who actually speaks loud enough to hear through the crowd, and the others are so mousey looking like deer in the headlights. I think you need to reevaluate your entire staff and get fast, competent, well-spoken individuals, because the team you have currently ain't working.
