It was nice and Cozy, only problem I've ever had with Tim Hortons is the fact that the staff seemed under-educated with how they always used a Calulator, even for the most simplest transactions of change.

When you enter this location, it seems like a typical Timmy's.That's what I thought and expected the usual quality.But I noticed something very different! There is a person working here whose name is: Mitch!She knew pretty much everyone by name, she knew their usual orders, she was helping the staff for their task, serving all customers and overall the best customer service I could ever imagine! The location is pretty nice and well maintained and the quality of the food and service was great!

Excellent choice of donuts, coffee is always fresh, and the service is the best in the area. There is one employee in particular that makes every single visit better.. Mitch is the absolute best.

We are in town visiting from Chicago Illinois. This Tim Hortons is near our hotel and we are very glad. The drinks and food are amazing, we have been here everyday so far. The wait time is short and a great atmosphere. Also wanted to thank your employee Mitch. She is very friendly and helpful in suggesting items for us to try out. We will be very sad when we have to travel back home where there are no Tim's.

Drive through takes forever! No donut variety and food is kind of nasty . Don't overly recommend

Horrible service . Really need customer service skills in drive thru or maybe stop just hiring anyone .! If you go inside be prepared to be treated second !They don’t even look at you or tell you “we’ll be with you in a sec “, NOTHING !!The drive thru always comes first and you can tell, they run around and get the drive thru orders first because of the times and it's pretty sad . You go inside because the drive thru is lined right up and you stand in side for at least 20 minutes before being helped even with no line because everyone is helping drive thru . I get you guys got times but come on inside matters too!I think the inside deserves the same treatment !

Today was extremely eye opening to the rumours about the management and scheduling issues that the employees have to go through due to terrible management. Today a young man was working front and was very kind, he kept apologizing for the backed up line as he was working hard and fast, but had no help. I only happened to see two people on drive through through the back window, but as a past Tim Hortons employee I know these staff numbers just don’t add up. Anyways for the curious minded individuals out there the line was about 15 minutes backed up (around 13 orders). I just hope they resolve this issue so that we can go back to a more satisfactory customer experience we used to get on fourth.

Drive thru is the worst, arrived a 5:00, ordered a wrap and a tea. Sat in drive-thru for 15 mins, then they tell me to wait out front, wait for another 10 mins before going in and retrieving my food. I should have just went to Subway

Not the place to go if you only have a 1/2 lunch break. Arrived at drive thru at 4:17pm, didn’t get out of drive thru until 4:40pm and my order was wrong. Supposed to get chicken wrap. It had bacon but no chicken. Didn’t have enough time to go back.
