We eat here often on our way home from Regina. There is an older lady who works there, who always remembers us and welcomes us, and treats us wonderfully. I wish I knew her name, but I don't, sadly. There should be more caring employees like her, not that we haven't been treated well when served by others, but this lady is a gem. After our maun meal, when I went back to order order a free small strawberry sundae (with a coupon) for us to share, she gave us two spoons. Lots of places don't. It's the little things like that that make a difference to customers.

Not a place to go if you’re gluten or lactose free. The staff were not knowledgeable, and I won’t be eating here again until they become knowledgeable about allergens. They told me their mushroom sauce was ok for me to eat, but I looked it up on their website and it wasn’t. My family without allergies ate here just fine.
My kids have gone to camp at Katepwa Lake for years and now my son works there so we've passed by this DQ for years.It's always busy in the summer but we stop anyway. Handy for a quick bathroom break and cleanup then some ice cream.I had a dip cone and my kid had a blizzard and 6 chicken pieces. A nice treat for the drive home to Regina. The dog even got some chicken bits.When passing through Qu'Appelle and needing a pick-me-up it's right there beside the freeway.

Food is excellent, but my wife and I were not happy when we ordered 2 milk shakes at the DQ drive through in Fort QuAppelle. When we went to the window to pay, there appeared to be a mix up with our order and an older employee came to the window and very rudely accused us of ordering $30 of food we did not order. I explained that all we ordered was 2 milk shakes and we were not going to pay for food we did not order. Instead of accusing customers, the DQ employees at this location should find out the facts first!
