to the lady working on tuesday night (november 5), very disrespectful service, didn’t say your welcome or anything. she got my order wrong and continued to put it in a different cup over ice and handed it to me.

People were nice. Not a lot of seating, and weird seeing people bringing in outside food to eat in the restaurant

This Tim Hortons is absolutely filthy and the service is ridiculously slow. Tons of flies all over the place and I would describe the bathroom as somewhere between landfill and old cigarette scented. When I went back into the car, my partner commented on how badly I smelled of cigarettes just from being in there for 5 minutes.
It’s a shame this is what has become of Tim Hortons. Absolutely do not go to this location, it’s not worth the risk to your physical or mental health.

I've been here many times. Undoubtedly the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I hate to be too critical, but honestly, they get your order wrong more often than not, it's exceptionally slow, and dirty too. Fortunately for them, they're well located and the only drive-thru, so they get repeat business regardless how bad it is.

It's always Tim Hortons. The bus can't stop going there no matter where it's at.

Got a pinwheel today to take out, it wasn't cooked inside. The dough was row inside. Will never stop again

This is the saddest, slowest, and dirtiest Tim's I have ever been in. We had very slow service even though it was not busy. One staff member was too busy on their cell phone to take our order. There was a drink spilled on the floor all over the place when we walked in. When we left, the staff still made no effort to mop the floor. When we commented to the staff, they ignored us. I saw a potential lawsuit if someone fell. I read some of the other customer comments, and this seems to be the normal for this store.
So to the Manager.......don't respond to this comment by telling us to contact Guest Services to make it right as you have done in all the other comments. Instead why don't you fix these systemic problems in your store. I'm sure Corporate Tim's would not be too happy seeing all the poor customer feedback comments and nothing is ever done to fix these problems.

This location was a joke. I stopped her as a treat with my son after walking the stations in Lebret. Service was terrible 5 workers on and only one person working the counter; she was also the one making orders. Waited over 15 minutes for her to take our order which at this point people who had started lining up were leaving. Flies were in the display case all over the muffins. Ordered a Mocha IceCapp for my son, it was completely liquid with chunks of I’m not sure what were floating in it. We ended throwing our order out and stopped at the gas station for a cold drink. Would not recommend stopping here. This place is a disgrace and a waste of money.

I got a coffee and a cruller Donut, I've been ordering this donut for as long as I can remember, yesterday I bit into the donut and it was dry and left oil in my mouth, I told the lady it had been sitting there for a long time, she asked if I wanted another donut Honestly if these have been sitting there for a day or 2 the rest would have tasted crappy too, I know first-hand they are supposed to get rid of their donuts at the end of each night Unfortunately The Tim Hortons that I have gone to in the past few years have fallen short on freshness, They have protocols to follow and I feel they have fallen behind on meeting that demand. I don't want to waste any more money If I can't get customer satisfaction.

It's a Tim Hortons attached to a gas station. It's best to get your order inside, but take out.
