Don't go there!! Nobody in line, just me, had me waiting over 4 minutes by there mic. Finally order, large coffee 2 cream, messed that up,some how sugar got in my coffee. A&W has better tasting coffee and service is fast and accurate

We went through the drive through and i ordered the turkey bacon club, there was no bacon and the bread was black and rushed us when we didn't even get our food yet. I tried not saying anything but the multiple times I went there something was wrong or they took a really really long time even when slow. As well as multiple times did they forget a lot of food, mess up the food after asking over and over again. I hope they do better because I know some of the workers are really nice❤️ wish them the best

They never ever cook the farmers wrap all the way through. It is ALWAYS cold. Coffee always tastes burnt. Service is terrible. Worst Tim’s in Canada by far. This morning, decided to grab a bacon farmers wrap before work, the wrap was stale, and cold. Brutal

i order two two drinks on drive thru one is small chai tea latte and another one is double double, the order given was wrong and chai tea latte mixed with coffee and second double double is not fresh.This is last time when i go there and do not visit in future.

What a joke!! My 7 year old and I went in this morning and had to wait 30 mins for our food. The iced Capps were melted by the time the food came. The croissant sandwich was so watery and soggy it was inedible. I asked three times what the hold up was, waiting on scrambled eggs…. Serious joke, would’ve been quicker driving to Melville or going to the bakery for an actual breakfast we could eat.

Terrible establishment — workers are rude, unhygienic, male employees are creepy, never get orders right, and take way too long to take orders. They get my order wrong and when I tell them politely they say get back in line and order a new one. I’m not paying extra for their mistake. I think everyone should stop coming here and let this go out of business; or at least fire every single employee including management and supervisors and get new staff. This place has very low ratings, bad reputation, and is very dirty. I would never recommend coming here to eat or even a drink.
Standard Tim Hortons. Drive thru is quick. Great upside is that drive thru still has a garbage can.

Worst Tim's I've ever been too. Not only did the new hire mess up my order twice, but they proceeded to not put the cap on my drink properly and it spilled all over my car and myself while I was driving. I have never had this problem in any other Tim's. These guys have no idea what they're doing. The lady before was upset that whatever she ordered was burnt to a crisp. I don't know what is was but it stunk up the whole building. Do not recommend going if you're a little rushed.

This is absolutely the worst Tim Hortons in all of Western Canada. Your order is guaranteed to be wrong if you can avoid going to this place 100% recommend getting your food anywhere else in town and if you’re thinking you want a Tim Hortons coffee from here you’re better off to get it Somewhere else because they’re just gonna mess it up anyways Surprised it’s even open and that people still go there I would highly recommend firing all the staff and starting over from management down.
