“What a delightful little roadside restaurant. We were camping in Meadow Lake Provincial Park and did a little touring around. It was lunch time so we decided to stop into this little restaurant. We opened the door and were delighted to find such a cute diner. Our order was quickly taken and our food was served up hot and fresh along with a tiny delicious side of what I would describe as creamy pickled onions. Yum. As we were leaving we decided to add one of their frozen homemade rhubarb pies to our order and took it back to our campsite to bake. It was a perfect combination of sugary rhubarb crammed into a delicious pie crust. ? If you’re in the area, don’t miss stopping in.”
