We happened upon this place on our road trip and I'm so glad we did.The chili chicken rice bowl was the best I've ever had and the family working was very sweet.

We were on our way home and were about to pass through Gull Lake around 1pm, when I Googled "where to eat in Gull Lake". Mount Everest Restaurant was first on the list. My husband and I have a saying "Try new things!" Well, we were not disappointed! The food was delicious, the restaurant was busy and the staff were friendly.Prices were reasonable as well.We highly recommend stopping to eat here if you happen to be in the area. It was worth the stop.Ended up getting gas as well.

Stopped in for fuel intending to only grab a quick snack and hit the road. Decided to grab a meal and ordered what we thought was a traditional clubhouse sandwich without paying too much attention to the menu's description. The server brought our sandwiches and I almost asked to return mine as it was a very untraditional looking clubhouse. Glad I didn't- the most amazing clubhouse I've ever eaten. So delicious and unexpected! Staff were friendly and if we're in the area again would definitely make a point of stopping!!

Super friendly staff. The Tibetan chow mein and vegetable curry were superb. Also serves a large variety of pub style food if that is your thing

Very good food, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. I had the Sunday buffet and there wasn't a single thing I ate that I was disappointed in.I've been driving for almost five days at this point and I've eaten at a lot of restaurants on my trip across country and this has been the best experience yet. The only shame was how empty it was! I hope I was just missing the lunch rush because they deserve more business.

Always great food. The tomato bisque soup is amazing. I am local and have yet to have a meal I didn’t enjoy. Great friendly service and always good food.?

We stumbled across this restaurant when we stopped for diesel in between camping destinations. We peeked into the restaurant attached to the gas station store on a Sunday at noon and there were a lot of people inside. We heard that the owner was from Nepal, saw that the menu was really diverse, and gave it a shot. We passed on the Sunday brunch buffet (very, very popular with the locals!) and had Best Butter Chicken and Tibetan Chow Mein with chicken. It was all beautifully presented and excellent! Portions were generous and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and nice. What a great find along the Trans Canada Highway.
