I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after opening my rice bowl, I felt I needed to. Unfortunately, I had to ask for rice after the lady forgot it, which was surprising since I had ordered a rice bowl. When I finally opened it, I found a lot of water at the bottom, which made the dish quite unappetizing.
Additionally, I waited about 20 minutes in line, even though there were only four people ahead of me. The cashier seemed to be waiting for the oven to finish toasting bread for each order and frequently went to the back to grab items, slowing things down even more.
It would be great if the service were more efficient and professional to improve the overall experience. Thank you!

It was easier to ask “what did they have?”. There was slim pickings for fresh and available produce. Otherwise it was a clean and bright environment.

Everything you expect in a subway. They cut their produce a bit thicker than most other Subways.
The younger girl there made my night by actually adding what I asked and the amount I wanted. That’s was the best experience I’ve ever had at subway. ??

I will start by saying, the best sandwich I have had at a Subway in years, honestly. Unfortunately it was also the worst service I have ever had, but points because the young woman was clearly only mad at the fact that we had interrupted her lunch (unfortunate) but she proceeded to be so angry that she slammed doors and containers, which made the entire experience, if nothing else, hilarious. Will definitely be going back.

We had lunch here today. Cheyenne was friendly and very helpful. We tried a couple of their new Subs, and she made them perfect. Great customer service!

Horrible service’ Nothing in Stock. Poor excuse for a Subway. Mays well close the doors.
Not sure where my old review went. Ate here a little under a year ago. Talia was cutting vegetables in the back for who knows how long. After waiting for quite some time she finally comes and fills the cold table with all the vegetables that had sat on the table uncovered for the duration of her prep time. 12 hours later, I was extremely sick, throwing up, feverish and stuck in bed for 24 hours. They one hundred percent gave me food poisoning, all because Talias lack of training or care for food safety.
The food at Subway was great.This is something every customer service person should always do instantly and cheerfully: "Hi, I'll be right with you or "Hello, how are you? I'll be just a moment while I..."The customer may be thinking "Is that the dish washer or janitor I see in the back room? How long will it take for a customer service person to appear?" Meanwhile the employee is thinking, "Why are they looking at me? They should know I'm the customer service person and I'm busy and will get to them as soon as I can."Neither party is happy. Please acknowledge customers immediately and willingly. Your business and your job depend on it.
