Very disappointed, we had to wait OVER an hour for our food. During this time we were not checked on even once. After this hour some of our food was missed. Then ended up having to wait a very long time to be checked again on in order to ask for the bill. We were hoping for a quick meal since we had kids with us, but instead we were there for almost 2 hours, constantly waiting.

The service was terrible, had to wait for ever to another drink, no came to check on us. We waited 25 mins hoping tp get our bill. Finally went and asked for it, and that took another 10 mins. Than the waitress gives us a story how properly the layout of the restaurant.

I have eaten here 10 to 15 times coming home from a road trip. The staff are friendly, the place is clean but truthfully the food is not that great that a hamburger and fries should cost $21 bucks... you lost a customer with the insane prices

Went for our anniversary dinner and was really disappointed. I'm from Ontario originally and this was the first time going to BP in Saskatchewan. The service was horrible. The food was tasteless except for the steak which was still not great. I had a Caesar to drink that had no flavor and was watered down. The prices are the same as if you were in Toronto. I think they forget the money isn't the same here as in big cities. We won't be returning here. Instead we'll go to a local restaurant that has better food and service for a fraction of the cost.

This particular restaurant has got the worst service I have ever encountered prices are far too high for the quality of food you actually get their plates are thrown together you can clearly see that they don't take the time or the effort to put any kind of thought into their meals I would highly highly recommend going somewhere else if you were thinking about going to this restaurant
Ben!!! Please do not pass on this Boston pizza, he is the most amazing bartender and caters to you. Food is amazing, and the drinks are wonderful.

Servers kept trying to rush me out, even when I told them I was waiting on my vehicle at Discovery Ford to be ready.
I had ordered a large meal, and yet the servers made it seem like I was an inconvenience to be there once I was done eating. It took them 40 to 60 minutes to top up my coffee without my intervention, and towards the end, it was luke warm coffee they kept serving me.
What's more, bizzare is it was a slow day for them in the afternoon, maybe 3 other customers? It's not like I was keeping another customer from having a table.
