Very disappointed in our supper here, as it was not our first visit, on all three occasions we have had issues with service, food etc, however the latest was our worst. Anniversary supper and the new guy never even submitted our order completely( my husband never received food and after an hour we had to ask for manager) was told that the guy was new so we had to accept that, I guess even the manager doesn't accept responsibility for lack of training.....One star only because it is the lowest I could go.

They sell you a 8" pizza as a 10" pizza. You can physically measure this fraudulent pie right in front of them and they say " we always do this, this is the correct size. Corporate says so". Okay so corporate says FRAUD is correct. I will never eat at a BPs anywhere again.
Had the Memphis chicken sandwich which was suggested to us by our server. she did an amazing job of making suggestions as well as having a positive attitude! Had a great experience at BP humboldt. Next time you go in, ask for Josie as your server!
