Terrible quality cone, just like the last time. And when I asked if it was supposed to look like that she laughed and walked away.
It was a truly sad example of a medium cone. Where is the pride? Do a job you can be proud of not ashamed!
Do better! Need a secret shopper from franchise!

After a morning at the Humboldt hospital we decided to stop at DQ for lunch. Service was great. Our order was taken quickly. Hardly had time to sit & a server was delivering our lunch. On leaving the owner thanked us for coming & said would be happy to see us again

Untrained staff. There were about 8-10 people standing near the front counter when I walked in and they were all waiting for their food. Some were still waiting when I got my food.

I went here for lunch with Totsi, Virgil, Gerry and lotion. I had ordered a Chicken tender basket with ranch. but in return i received a double bacon cheese burger. i politely asked them to give me my correct order and the worker told me to go to the graveyard since it was the coolest part of town. and i am green Fn and hit it for 3. i declined the offer and just ate the burger. as i was leaving a homless man came inside and told me his name is Sean little man he said he liked spencys and he was the mayor of wyoming. i walked away and never went back. Gerry enjoyed it a lot.

Food was what you would expect (hot fries and well put together burger). The service cannot be beat, as the staff was very friendly, and brought meals to your table. The facility was very clean, including all the tables, the windows and the bathroom. I would highly recommend this Dairy Queen, as it stands out compared to other Dairy Queens I have been in.
