Took my kids there last fall to eat. Bathroom was disgusting and reeked. Tables were filthy and there was no service, so we left. Ordered pizza to hotel room tonight. Ate two of the pieces and the rest is going in the garbage. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money.

ALLERGENS NOT RESPECTED (you’d think $30 a pizza it’d be okay?) . Beware if you are allergic and would like to get a pizza that you specific order to not have certain things on or around is thrown out the window asked for no pork especially ham and bacon and they blatantly put ham throughout the entire pizza.

What a complete dumpster fire of a business. One of the most ignorant customer service employees I've ever had to deal with. The food was below sub par, and just the general atmosphere during my purchase, was downright depressing. I actually walked out of there shaking my head, because I was still in shock how I just wasted $30.00 on an experience that I will never forget. Please don't visit this "restaurant", unless you like being ignored, and made to think that just the very presence of you being in their store, is a major inconvenience.

This place is a absolute joke.Supposed to be open at 11 and never anyone there till noon so by the time they warm up there oven you still can’t get food till 1:00.The pizza is garbage, no toppings basically paying for dough and sauce, worst customer service ever….will never go back again

Used to absolutely love this place but now with the new owners it’s a complete joke. They are extremely rude whenever you place an order, they NEVER answer the phone and when you do get through to them they seem to change the time that they’re closed daily. Absolutely awful.

absolutely refused to answer phone at 3:30pm on a Monday afternoon :/ took 15 minutes to pick up. Edit: it wasn't them that picked up I didn't realize my friend actually phoned red swan, they answered first try though so that's cool

Got two pizza's here, one was not terrible but the other was charred/burnt tasted awful, unfortunately we were too far heading home too return it, my dogs were happy!!! It is too expensive too put out lousy product...

Wrong bread sticks and missing dips. No napkins. Hardly impressed.
Too much pepper in the lasagna. Thats 3 times now and there won't be a four. On the other hand the pizza is awesome.

Horrible. Called at 8:18 to order a pizza for delivery, which is more than reasonable because they close at 9 o’clock and they tried saying they were closed and when I brought up the fact of it not even being 8:30 I was talked to rudely. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.
