Absolutely terrible I was hanging out with my daughter and one of the workers started getting mad at us for supposedly making a mess which is not true whatsoever our space is clean. My daughter tried explaining that it wasn’t us the female worker ignored my daughter and continued to argue at one point started yelling mind you my kid is 11 years old. Then she started threatening to say if we make another mess she’ll kick us out and not let us back in while I’m a paying customer.

They're philipino male manager just trots around doesn't help workers. Just talks to his friends and doesn't help when people are waiting. Bajit did a good job though

HUMBOLDT. Where do I start. How about everything! Burgers are dry. Fries/hashbrowns have been cooked and left on warming shelf or in basket for who knows how long. Service is terrible. Dirt under fingernails shows they don’t clean and who knows what is under them. Flies are climbing on everything from ceiling to food preparation areas. Not just a few, one light fixture had six circulating it and a lot on all the food preparation areas. I pulled up to drive through and no one in building and no one waiting in line. Waited 5 minutes to get anybody to reply then had to wait 2 more minutes to order, then had to wait at entrance door for 5 more just to get 2 ice creams. No hair nets or hi viz clothing when going out to take people their orders. Called manager and he says other people have complained about the same but nothing can be done. Also bathrooms are terrible and throne is loose on floor causing waste water to run out onto floor. I have sent email to health inspection services and now this way of informing people. My next step is parking outside and telling how terrible the place is and let them make their own decisions. I will return but not to buy anything until things change.

Boooo Humboldt McDonald's! I brought my travel mug in for a coffee but they refused to fill it, claiming they wouldn't be able to safely stir it afterwards. I'm trying to reduce waste and help out the environment but corporations like this McDo's are impeding my efforts. Shame on you! Time to update your policy! In fact, people who bring in their own reusable cup should get a 25 cent discount on coffee!

Went to the drive-through & tried the new McVeggie. Service was excellent. We did have to park & wait a short time for delivery to the car but that is typical at fast food places for plant-based burgers as they are supposed to clean off a corner of the grill to fry it and they definitely won’t have any pre-fried. It was delicious. You have to ask them to hold the mayo to make it truly plant-based but they did have a sweet Thai sauce option instead which was pretty good however next time I’ll bring my own mayo which I often do if going for a fast food plant-based burger.
Average food and service. However I was unhappy to see how dirty the restaurant was, especially the south side doorway. Glass was filthy and the bottom half of the door even worse. Splattered with dried ketchup and who knows what else, it was clear that the door had not been cleaned in a long time. And the floor was disgustingly dirty. McDonald's cleanliness standards are definitely not working.

Every time we come through the drive through we are sent to wait in the curbside pickup spot. We’ve now been waiting 10 mins for fries and everyone that comes out of the drive through also goes to a curbside pickup spot. What’s the point of the drive through then?
