Fast drive though but the food tasted like it was sitting for an hour - I don’t visit McDonalds often and this trend will continue

$50 for lunch. Forgot the happy meal toys, big Mac had so much sauce it was not edible, the fries didn't seem like they touched the fryer (cold and unsalted), next to no gravy on the poutine, and we had to sauce our own quarter pounder. If I could give my experience zero, I would. Check your bags before you leave. It was gross.

Wanted Big Mac Grinch meal. No box all out, no Coke, diet coke or coke zero. Wanted additional large fry. Got charged for the additional fry but didn't receive. Suppose to be no Coke products yet the refill machine had Coke , don't understand if server is telling me there is no Coke yet it is in the machine. Won't go back, waiting for new Burger King to open or go to A&W.

Ordered Big Mac meal with Coke zero to drink. Lettuce is soggy from being too cold, fries were not fresh and instead refried, my drink was stale and warm, I told her the drink was stale.. she didn't understand.. I said there's no carbonation.. still didn't understand. I said the drink is NO GOOD! So I got a regular coca cola instead and it was the same problem. Stale, warm and lacking in carbonation. At least the BK and Wendys opening soon is something to look forward to.

As a loyal customer of this McDonald's location for the past two years, I've unfortunately experienced a significant decline in both food quality and customer service. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues with the management team, the problems persist.
The food quality has been consistently subpar, with frequent occurrences of:
• Hard, undercooked, or overcooked fries • Burnt burgers • Dirty packaging with food debris and • fingerprints • Raw food items • Fries contaminated with receipts, potentially exposing customers to harmful chemicals like ink and BPA.
Furthermore, the management team's dismissive attitude towards customer concerns is deeply troubling. They often place blame on customers and fail to take responsibility for the issues.
A concerned employee at this location has confirmed the poor working conditions and the management's lack of care. They've expressed frustration with the constant turnover of temporary workers, the lack of training, and the overall negative impact on both employees and customers.
In addition to the food quality and management issues, the store's cleanliness is also a major concern. The storage room door is frequently left open, allowing flies and bugs to enter the food preparation area.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues with the management team, including contacting corporate headquarters, no significant changes have been made. In fact, I've even experienced the manager hanging up on me during a phone call, demonstrating a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
It's disheartening to witness a once-reliable fast-food chain deteriorate to such a degree. I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternative dining options and encourage McDonald's corporate to take immediate action to address the serious problems at this specific location.

Needs updating and could use a good management crew. Day is better then night Featured burger did not have everything as advertised missing onions and was very sausay made the patty fall off
Charged me $2 for maybe one slice of bacon ? When I ordered extra bacon. I’m really disappointed with the quality of burger too, very dry like it was sitting out for hours before I ordered it. Horrible burger. This place always disappoints. If it’s not forgetting an item to over charging and under serving. Save yourself. Go elsewhere.

Server at window refused to give us our food because she thought we were recording her on a cell phone while my wife was checking her facebook. So i took my money back and left. She was very rude and seemed incredibly full of her self.

Its was sooooo dirty in there. I didnt even eat the food i bought. The bathroom was disgusting and the glass by the till looks like it was covered in some white goopy sludge and smeared all around. The packs of ketchup she gave me were covered it sticky substance. I could keep going but you get the point. Haha NEVER again.
