Drive through worker didn’t understand a simple order of a happy meal with a plain cheeseburger and no drink. She told me they can’t sell a happy meal without giving a drink.

As what is expected from fast food. It was fast, smooth ordering, and cool staff.I have previously ordered 2 cheese burgers and 1 blt burger with fries and coke. Also on another occassion a kind worker helped me choose a smooth drink to help with my wisdom teeth pain. He was fantastic :)I must say though, with how much income the McDonalds franchises brings in, I think they can afford to give better lettuce, tomatoes, and thicker beef sized patties.They are really competing with A&W and I hope they step it up.Simply pay the workers more and look at improving the ingredient quality.I suggest teaming with local farmers whom have beef and cattle to supplement this.Thank you to the staff for keeping up the good work.Parking: I find the way the drive through and parking layout is placed, it is very awkward. Also side note, The entrance isn't wheelchair accessible.

The food is not the greatest and when you do get it, it is luke warm. The burgers seem to be thrown together instead of made with pride, which I can relate to them being busy, but come on have some pride in your work as well. Fast is not always best when you want returning customers. We haven't been back to the Humboldt McDonald's in months. We go elsewhere for our burger fix now, and since the change our bellies haven't been so upset. Plus it's cheaper to eat elsewhere now too, McDonald's is not the same anymore. ?Parking: There is enough space to park for small trucks and cars, but if you're a semi truck driver....good luck, just keep on trucking because there is no parking for big rigs. ?

Shout out to suk for being awesome server & understanding and never once done my orders wrong and always on top of everything.Amazing and friendly staff everyone is at McDonald's. Couldn't have asked for better service. Suk deserves a good raise!! She's never done wrong !

The person working the window was awesome and took down the item modifications such as no meat. But when we got our food the bagels were burnt and they was bacon on eggs. We were able to just pick off the bacon because it wasnt melted into the cheese.
