Very disappointed in the lack of clarity in the advertising. I went to place my usual pizza order when I saw they had a large 2 topping pizza advertised. Pick up only. When I tried a few times to place the order, the order system would say invalid request and crash. So I told my husband to go into the store First they told him that this wasn't available at this location Sure- we could let that go and order something else. Which he was going to. But my husband showed them the website and then his story changed to o it's only available online Well no where does it say that, and their online ordering system did not seem to be working. Granted, it's not the stores fault that theor online system wasn't working BUT fix your advertising and get your story straight.Edit* The store DID honor the price after some pushback. Doesn't change the fact that Red Swan's website needs office needs to clarify their advertising.

Pasta was just not edible at all. Only thing on it was pepper(A LOT OF IT). Ordered: Chicken Bacon Mushroom Penne- it was just pepper. Even our spicy eater said it was awful. Didn’t even have a taste.
Chicken Tomato Alfredo- called me 15 mins after our order was supposed to be ready telling me they didn’t have it. Hey I’ve been in the food industry, I understand. Even understand my order not being ready on time. Busy usually means good. So instead of the tomato Alfredo they said I could have the veggie feast Alfredo and add chicken. Great sounds good. Literally had half a bottle of oregano and pepper on it.
.. all in all. The picture on the menu looks better than the meal could ever of tasted. At least the Garlic Cheese Sticks were good.
I will return for the chicken bacon ranch pizza and play it safe. That has yet to disappoint.
