I ask them to refill my cup and one of the person take order said "we can't take it because it dirty".?? What lol. I never ha problem before this is my 1st time so idk what to say. If you don't like your job then go work somewhere else.

Classic Canadian comfort! Tim Hortons delivers consistent quality and taste. Love their signature double-doubles, crispy timbits, and warm breakfast sandwiches. Convenient and affordable, TH is my go-to for a quick pick-me-up. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere add to the charm.
Although the service is very good I can't say the same for the cleanliness I don't know when the place was cleaned properly. The flies in the place were enough to drive you crazy and would not leave you alone. Flies where also crawling all over the doughnuts and there was no attempt to chase them off. Walls have not been washed, windows inside dirty, corners are beginning to build up thick grime. This is a place we used to enjoy going to on a regular basis unfortunately I can't see us returning until I hear things have improved.

Myself and two other family members had stopped in for dinner. We ordered chilli and refreshments and would have ordered doughnuts for dessert but unfortunately there were 3 types with 11 doughnuts in total. How can you call yourself a doughnut shop? This was at 5:30 pm. Do you not serve doughnuts in the evening. Very disappointing.
