We went today and this new kid at the cash is basically is racist told me I couldn’t upsize my meal. Then decided to take other ppls orders instead of giving me my food that’s getting cold. Overcharged me. Usually I don’t have any problems there but this new kid is just racist. He served the Caucasian community before he would give me my food which had been sitting on counter for 10 minsOR he doesn’t know how to do his job. You guys should fire him immediately I will never go back.

Ordered a blizzard it was wrong.. they remade. Ordered burgers and they were cold, cheese not melted and the bacon also cold. Sent them back and they brought new one that felt like they microwaved..

Very very slow and poor service. Waited over 20 minutes for just our order in the drive-thru (doesn’t include time for the vehicle ahead of us) and the employee couldn’t remember our order. It was just a basket and a combo.
