Very disappointed with this location. I bought two veggie and one turkey sandwich — all were made with old bread and stale vegetables. Totally not fresh. The customer service was also very poor. I initially bought a Pepsi, then immediately changed my mind and asked to cancel it. The girl at the front was rude and told me she couldn’t cancel the drink, and argued with me instead of helping. Very dissatisfied overall. Not going back.

Been eating here since it opened. Usually pretty happy with our order but the last couple of times, the sandwich was haphazardly thrown together and inconsistent so not as good as in the past. Hope they start taking more care or we won’t be going back.

Disgusting , ordered 1 footlong sub but the guy refused to grill it never gonna order from here
You literally tell the sandwich artist how to make your food, so I don't know how they'd get it wrong. Also, they usually tell you the portion sizes of new items so you wouldn't be disappointed. The prices have definitely gone up in years, so I'd use a coupon if you had one.

When I walked in the subway, I looked around and saw dead bugs and a very dirty floor covered with mud. When I start to Oder my sandwich i look and see flys flying around my food. I didn’t think much of it because I was already mid way making my sandwich. I got my sandwich and went to go sit down and i look to my left and see dead bugs near the window. It honestly was the most disgusting lunch I’ve ever had. I was very surprised how this store still was up and running, unbelievable.
(Btw add some curtain or blinds)
