I went in wanting a Brown Sugar Iced Latte, but their espresso machine was down. I asked Tom if there was anything close to it, and he suggested an iced coffee with espresso foam instead. And honestly… it turned out so good. And I also got some timbits after tasting my coffee and loving it!
Because of him I survived my day — otherwise I literally cannot function without my coffee! I really appreciated that he found an alternative instead of just saying no.
Tom was super friendly and helpful. He definitely made my visit better!

I stopped by Tim Hortons today to grab my usual croissant, and Tom — who works there — suggested I try their new Biscoff Croissant along with my go to French Vanilla. Honestly, I’m so glad I listened! The croissant was warm, flaky, and that Biscoff flavour hit so differently. It has this perfect caramelized crunch that makes you want another bite immediately. The coffee paired so well with it too.
Tom was super friendly, helpful, and really knew what to recommend. Loved the whole experience!

There are Lot of Tim Hortons in canada but my favourite one is Indian head and Tim service is very good and he is good men and he is very take aa chai and loaded chicken wrap so that’s why he is a good behaviour and good nature..!
Tom took our order and was so nice and patient while my picky daughters took awhile to decide what they wanted. He was friendly and chatty and made us feel very welcome. Thanks again for the great service, we'll stop there again on our trip back to Ontario!!
