Drive thru should be 24 hours all staff members are good but Sukhdeep Singh very active i am impressed with his customer dealings

Hi, Just wanted to appreciate the wonderful staff of the Indian head Tim Hortons . I usually travel and visit different tims hear and there, and the staff here is the best. I orders a chai tea latte, and had some modifications done to it which were suggested by the staff there and I loved it . This just became my new favourite drink. Also the donuts they had were very beautiful as well, bought like half dozen of ‘em just for me. I might not visit there again but I loved it.

The workers there need to correct their attitude. They made a mistake on my order on drive thru and i tried to correct it but was rudely interrupted by the drive thru lady. She said yaaaa i know i know. Normally i go to starbucks but there’s nothing nearby so tried tim hortons after a ling time. Not the experience i wanted. Never coming to tims. Even the tea we got isnt hot.

Poor service, they don't speak english(can't understand them)
2/5 times they will get your order right. 1/5 times, they will make a good sandwich that wasn't literally thrown together. I think their headsets are faulty as most times what I order isn't what I ordered or it's missing a coffee or sandwich. I understand there's a rush sometimes but they would still ask you to pull ahead and wait when there's literally no one behind you or like 1 vehicle.

Friendly Staff, just very overworked. I come here very often, as it is local. Small location, usually filled at certain times. All the workers are nice, even if the food sometimes isn't great. Still; it's your average Tim Hortons, so what more can you ask for?
