Need to have way more selection of Timbits.Went here to get a 50 pack timbits and they only had 3 different flavors out.For a dounut/coffee place, having only 3 different kinds of timbits is pretty sad.

Several times I've ordered coffee and a wrap in the morning at 7am and the coffee was poorly made and sometimes burnt. I ordered a triple triple and most times it was made like 1 sugar and 1 cream. And the breakfast wraps werent fully cooked and cold in the middle and sometimes stale. It was always rushed even though I was the only person in the drive through. I commute every morning to regina now I've been waiting till i get to regina to get my morning coffee and been served better food

I ordered 2x XL French vanilla with a shot of expresso. ONE was 3 inches from the top. THE OTHER 2 INCHES FROM THE TOP! They literally filled less than a large cup! This happens all the time and I say nothing. But I have had enough. I have pictures from each time this has happened! And am happy to provide them to you. It's almost a 5.00 drink that i buy daily! Along with food etc. If there is space after putting in the expresso shot then put more French vanilla in. You literally have to press a button. Im very very annoyed now.

Why some workers are rude!!!!!?????I told that lady before you mix my ice Capp show how much cream, or I can show you where I wanted to be.Shaking her head he want to see how much cream!!!!Why is that? Did I say anything bad? Or maybe show me the cream means something else!!!!?Im paying with my money, I drink what I want, I deserve to be respected, and get what I want respectfully.I don’t go drive thru anymore because of all that, go sit there and watch with the same gloves, they take your cash, prepare a sandwich, get you your sweet donut, grab a coffee cup with a some fingers inside…..Please sit and watch you will see what we are eating.And when you say change your gloves, or give me a different donut because you didn’t use that paper to pick it up,…!!!!!They’re not happy which I really don’t care, my problem why we have to go through all this??????????????????????

I had ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with NO Tomatoes, deathly allergic to em, Told them that twice before ordering the non-grilled wrap WITH tomato. Clarified it once again BEFORE clearing it in for paying They confirmed it and made it, I noticed the grilled wrap had tomato’s I took it in and all the one lady did was pick the tomato’s off didn’t bother remaking it. So I was still stuck with damn tomato juice which is no better than the actual tomatoes themselves. The lady who had picked them off was rude and arrogant when giving it back. Staff is very scrambled too quick to make sure everything is done correctly.Drinks are always on point though.
