I Ordered 2 chicken wraps and a steak and cheese sub for my kids. after one bite they spit it out and gagged.Bread tasted doughy, the sauces tasted " off" and the meat was gross.We won't be going back!

Two days in a row at around 5:30pm I tried to get a meatball sub and they didn't have marinara sauce, "un thawed". The second day there was only whole wheat bread, apparently they were out of everything else, unless I wanted a wrap!? Maybe a name change is in order, they could corner the burrito market here.Thankfully there's a subway just around the corner, they seemed to have bread AND the basic sauce for a meatball sub!

Terrible service second day in a row with no bread. They lost 30$ In my two stops and will not be stopping again. Will go to subway instead. 1/2 hour wait for bread at 1pm should never happen at a mr sub I watched 2 other people after me do the same thing and walk out.

They should maybe rename the MR. Sub in kerrobert to if you don’t get your subs in 30 min or less you eat for free because to make 3 subs it took almost 30min. Horrible service the person taking our order was listening to music and could hardly here her when she went to ask us something. She was slow and looked like she tried to take her sweet time making the subs. She wrapped the subs so that when I pulled them out when I went to eat it all the topping were already out of the sub. First and last time ever getting something to eat there.
