The service was slow and pitiful. We weren't even greeted with a smile or a welcome. We had to go look for someone to ask if we have to seat ourselves. The table was wet and not properly wiped. The food was good but the server was not friendly at all.

This was the best experience we had all weekend in Kindersley. Sunday just after 1 pm and we were hungry and wanted to eat before we left to go home. We were here since Friday for work and Boston Pizza was by far the best place we ate at. The service was amazing. Our server Nichole was friendly, fast and great to interact with. Our food came out quickly, hot and delicious. Nichole was attentive without being intrusive. It was such a nice change from the other place we ate at. Would recommend this location over any other place to eat in Kindersley.

Honestly I’m not a big fan of Boston Pizza for numerous reasons but they should model other locations after this one. Chicken Parm was perfect, Caesar salad was perfect, vodka Caesar was great, garlic toast 3/5. Excellent service but maybe slightly understaffed but nobody stood around always hustling. I avoid BP like the plague but I’ll come back to Kindersley location for sure. Do us all a favour and send Drumheller location your playbook. Thank You for the great experience traveling on the road. I needed this

I'm usually quite happy with my dining experiences at Boston Pizza but tonight was an exception. I ordered the half rack of ribs, garlic mash potatoes, coleslaw and it also came with garlic toast. I would have added a picture, but it wasn't exactly an appetizing plate to look at. The potatoes were okay, but it was the ribs that were a true disappointment. They looked boiled, and the sauce was barely there. It hardly covered half of the ribs and it hadn't seen a grill so it could caramelize on the meat. Speaking of the meat itself, it was barely there and dry. The only one item I did enjoy was the coleslaw so that was somewhat of a comfort. I wouldn't order ribs there again, but their pasta dishes are done very well. If you want good ribs, go to Montana's. 🤷♂️
Great for sports, won a free meal during a playoff game. Service was great, Katina was awesome!
