This DQ sucks. Employees always yelling at each other. Always get your order wrong. Just awful. New owners are terrible.

Worst food ever……nothing cooked fresh. Rubbery cold chicken fingers. Ordered a chocolate shake, too much milk, skimping on the icecream. Could have ordered a chocolate milk.

It's pretty average food, most days when I go the workers act like your inconveniencing them for wanting to order... Never make the mistake of saying mcflurry instead of blizzard, they get mad at you.

Waiting for 15 minutes at the window for my food, just for the chicken wrap, and chicken strips to be cold. Burger was hard warm. But the fries were hot. Very rude customer service, between being talked to rudely while trying to order, to the glaring threw the window while waiting. I said thankyou have a good night, for the lady to slam the window shut and walk away. Definitely gives Dairy Queen a bad name.

They gave me a cold flame thrower burger and my buddy got a burger with no patty! The drive through window is a house window! This place is disgusting and highly recommended not going there at all

Friendly helpful staff. Clean bathrooms. Vintage feel with a lot of interior brick. Nice. Good icecream
We were just in this DQ and ordered a sundae and milkshake… both were tiny in quantity and the milkshake was so thin it giggled like milk. (Also well below acceptable amount for the price). After demonstrating how thin it was and informing them it was not at all thick. They took it… added a slight bit more ice cream and whip … then returned it. Not much better! Very disappointing. We won’t be back here.

Very disappointed, when I send an email with the details and colour. They are on the phone to confirm the order with me but they don’t tell me that the colour Blue is done . Rather ask and check now my son’s 2 birthday cake was PINK! It looked like a gender reveal cake !! No option to try and fix it or anything?

Driving through from Calgary to Saskatoon This DQ hasn't been updated since the 70's. We ordered and paid and they told us after that there was no more water bottles and replaced it with e juice boxes. Almost 3 bucks for the 2 juice boxes and he was trying to just replace the water bottle with one juice box. Half the order was not entered into the register and the burgers, once we got them, were dry and cold.
DQ usually mandates renovations in their franchise agreement, did they forget there is still one operating in Kindersley?
