We were just in this DQ and ordered a sundae and milkshake… both were tiny in quantity and the milkshake was so thin it giggled like milk. (Also well below acceptable amount for the price). After demonstrating how thin it was and informing them it was not at all thick. They took it… added a slight bit more ice cream and whip … then returned it. Not much better! Very disappointing. We won’t be back here.

Very disappointed, when I send an email with the details and colour. They are on the phone to confirm the order with me but they don’t tell me that the colour Blue is done . Rather ask and check now my son’s 2 birthday cake was PINK! It looked like a gender reveal cake !! No option to try and fix it or anything?

Driving through from Calgary to Saskatoon This DQ hasn't been updated since the 70's. We ordered and paid and they told us after that there was no more water bottles and replaced it with e juice boxes. Almost 3 bucks for the 2 juice boxes and he was trying to just replace the water bottle with one juice box. Half the order was not entered into the register and the burgers, once we got them, were dry and cold.
DQ usually mandates renovations in their franchise agreement, did they forget there is still one operating in Kindersley?
Parking: Tons of parking because no one goes there

Ok hot food is gross, it's actually the worst DQ I have ordered hot meals..
Now the cold treats are where they shine, the ice cream cakes can be pre-ordered, I stop for ice cream treats
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is set up for wheel access if they are smaller ones.. the huge 4ft 5 wide wheel chairs won't fit.
If you're looking to get the Peanut Butter Parfait, save your time, Husband and I ordered the $8 meal which comes with a small sundae, I ordered chocolate and asked for Spanish peanuts like I always do, (extra cost of course like other locations, and he said they didn't have any), I asked what kind of peanuts they had, he said they don't have any peanuts.I don't like being lied to.

Visited during lunch best strawberry shake and chicken strips in town . Speed good at drive- thru.
I was at DQ today and ordered 2 doubles with cheese in the drive threw . I went straight home and when I opened my cheese burgers there was only one piece of cheese on them ! In the picture outside where you oder shows 2 pieces of cheese ! Rip off I'll go to A&W to get my money's worth next time !

Had not been to DQ for years. Icecream was fine. Will not go there for a burger again. The meal came out so quick, patty was warm, cheese did not melt. There is no way that is was made after we ordered, only warmed up. Disappointed and will not go back, even though we drive through Kindersley a lot. Will choose another place.
