It was a weekday afternoon. The staff is helpful and there are machines at the entrance that can take your order. Especially for people need to choose without saying anything- just point to whatever you need and pay 😌 Its location is convenient and on our way to and out from the town. It was a chilly day but inside is warm. The washrooms are tidy and user friendly.

The manager (a filipino guy) got mad at us because we tried to clear out things about our order. Maybe because we are holding the line for not that long. We are from calgary and never happened this to us.

Never get what u order, I am not sure if the employees know the meal screen. I ordered bacon and egg McGriddle Number 11 and got this . I also asked for a hot French vanilla and got a cold one .

Food is never right and it’s old, I always get sick. Someone I know that works there said they reduce their waste by changing the time when something has been out and cooked to long, McCafé items are the worst for that and they rarely change the buckets where the cleaning cloths are kept in sanitizer, my friend said she came to work and they water hadn’t been changed in 6 hours and it was all greasy and this is where front counter is so I can’t even imagine the kitchen state 🤢
