Service is nice and polite -But here we are again getting cold food. It does not take fresh hot food to cool down in 3 mins while in closed bag under a coat. The food has gone so far down hill in the past year while slowly declining over the past few years- have the time you can't order coffee Even - and God forbid you want chocolate this past fall, and falling into winter now. - can't believe I'm saying it but happy we god BK now

Terrible experience, everytime I go through the drive through they make me wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. There’s generally about 5 cars waiting for our food. When asked if we could get sooner, they would rather give a refund.My suggestion to everyone is sit in the drive though until your order is ready. Do not pull ahead and wait or this will continue

Cofee is inconsistant.Sometimes it's good but a few times I think they just mix whatever is in the bottom of all the pots.Dissapointing when the coffee is not consistently fresh or the same
