I am from out of town and stopped here for dinner. I ordered the 10 ounce sirloin steak with the house, salad side and baked bean side. When the food came out, I was surprised to see the side of baked beans came in a little cup, I’d assume maybe 3 tablespoons of baked beans. The salad was a good size portion and steak tasted fine. It was really stringy and hard to chew. A knife they gave me to cut the steak wasn’t doing a good enough job so I had to ask for a different kind of knife which they brought out and worked well. Staff were really friendly. Due to tStaff were really friendly. Due to the kegThe Keg Prices with subpar food and a really disappointing amount Of baked beans, I unfortunately will not return to this establishment in the future

A new thing happened for me today. I had ordered a second Coors light, while I was finishing my Antijitos. I finished my first beer, then a couple minutes later, I picked up that second beer, and the bottom fell right out of it. There must have been a crack in the glass. It’s spilled beer across the whole bar, drenching pants, and part of my shirt. My response was quiet… “well that’s new”. Weird thing, I was given Churchill Brewing glasses for Coors Light. The other 8 people sitting at the bar, had 20oz Libby glasses for beer. The bartender gave me paper towel to clean up. I cleaned it up (which why should I clean it up?) then proceeded to watch football. They did replace that beer. When I asked for the bill, it was a full charge for 2 beers and an appetizer. I mentioned, “you didn’t want to do anything for me for what happened? I am wearing a beer in my clothes”. She went, spoke to manager. Her response, “we gave you a new beer”. Manager came. Took the appetizer off the bill, after I told him, I don’t care about that, my company would pay for that, maybe take a beer off?” He said he could not do that. I said, “you decide what you want to do, then I’ll decide whether I come back here”. This is the second incident I’ve had. I come here every 5 weeks. Sometimes one and sometimes twice in the week. Customer service is not good. I likely won’t be back.

Rotten and seriously wilted lettuce in both our burgers, a side salad, and the replacement salad. Appreciated the offered discount on the meal, and the excellent service. Women’s bathroom was clean but absolutely stinks- all the people in our party commented separately on this.

When I spend $30+ on a meal it better be good. It wasn't. Me and friend ordered the same dish and each got different sizes of ribs. Everything but the fatty piece of brisket was dry and burnt. This is hands down the worst Montanas I have been to. Not recommended unless you like to pay for overpriced burnt offerings

Spent over 30 dollars pitmans dish and it was not worth it. Ribs were burnt all over and so rough the knife struggled to saw it. The smoked brisket was so dry I had two large cups of water to get it down. I was excited to find a Montanas out here and disappointed with the results. Will absolutely not be back.
UPDATE!!!! The reference number these guys keep handing out as a “compensation” is Useless. The survey is closed and they don’t seem to have any other way to apply this so called “reference “ number. Just another disappointment
Super disappointed this time around. For my husband’s birthday nonetheless 🫤 $130 take out and the food was over cooked, Ribs were burnt so bad we didn’t know what was meat and what was bone. My husband ordered medium rare steak, and got very well done. Dry and they didn’t include the herb butter I ordered for both our meals and I paid extra for! They put the poutine gravy in a container for us to pour on, which is fine but it left the cheese into this semi melted chunk that only covered half the fries. The brisket was mostly fat and inedible. Living 45 mins out of town enables us to take anything back. So stuck eating this so so meal. Think I’ll be chewing this steaks for days it’s so dry and tough. Even the donuts we ordered were dry and stale, plus not enough dipping sauce for all of them. The lack of consistency is not fair! I feel scammed 😒 Normally you guys do a great job, on Nov. 15th however you guys ruined a pretty important occasion. This was not the treat I wanted for my husband’s birthday.

Depending on what you order for food, they’re great. For my partner - it was a terrible experience. Steak had to be sent back 2 times to be cooked properly and the third time they nuked it in the microwave, then went on to lie to use that it wasn’t put in a microwave. We tried two different time and it was no different. The server the second time seemed like she didn’t care about being there at all. I love Montanas, but this location needs to step up.
