We visited for supper, 4 adults and a child. 2 got their meals, the other 2 and the child waiter and waited. We had to try to find someone to bring the child's meal . Finally it came after the 2 served meals were eaten. The other 2 adults had to wait even waited longer. Finally the waitress came and said their pizza will be done in 7 more minutes . Since the other 3 were finished their meal we canceled the pizza. We were charged for the 2 meals and the child's which we shouldn't have paid for anything. It was the worst service we have ever experienced will probably never return. Our Sunday dinner was a big waste of time and money!

It was ridiculous how aweful it was!
Only two of five people were initially served (neither was our toddler even though we ordered for our toddler shortly after we sat down). Eventually our toddler got his chicken fingers and fries after asking multiple times (the fries were overdone). There was still a large pizza that needed to come out for the remaining two people but everyone had finished their meal already. The waitress said the pizza was still to take 7 mins so she must have forgotten to put in over half the order.
My mother ordered a coffee refill and what she got was watered down grounds.
When we complained all we got was an indifferent apology and a full price bill.
The restaurant was slow and so was the lounge. I will never return.

Leave it to kostas to give you food poisoning. Not even to get a refund back for the burnt food or expired chicken. I think next time ill starve before ordering there again. Gross.

We sat at one of the view tables overlooking the beautiful lake and watched the bugs on the other side of the window. We started out with water, the glass was clean and the water was fresh with ice and no weird taste. Bonus on the straw. Had a draft Pilsner beer and it’s as good as Pilsner can get. Nice basket of Dry Ribs with Yes, …fresh lemon wedges. My girl had the deep fried pickles and she really liked them. Ketchup was fantastic on everything!! Friendly smiley service! Could use soft classical music … Will come back for a romantic VLT night.
