I was just driving by and spotted this Subway. I didn’t expect such great service! The staff was awesome, and the fresh ingredients made for a really tasty sandwich.

This place will be randomly closed and close early for no reason. Air conditioning has been broken for ages and it’s hot and musty in there. They also have a habit of toasting multiple subs at once which just ends not toasting either of them enough. Ingredients are also suspect at best. I think they use a lot of old or expiring product.
On several occasions they also just straight up didn’t have bread. Since this is the only fast food place in Langenburg, it’s super frustrating that it’s the most unreliable establishment I’ve ever been to.

Definitely not a good Subway location, the bread on my sub was old, the texture was like eating it toasted but I didn't get it toasted, their gluten free bread was a joke, granted yes gluten free bread can be a tricky thing to find that's good but this stuff crumbled apart just by mearly touching it. The service was so slow, clearly being understaffed but also the staff working moved at the speed of a sloth.Do yourself a favor and just keep going, stop at the one in Russel!
I walked into an empty store. Cash all across the counter. No one in sight. For a very long time. Another customer came in and says to me "so we just make our own and take that cash as our payment for doing their job?" We laughed but SERIOUSLY!!! We both went to the bathroom and started slamming the doors in hopes someone would hear it and appear.The sandwich was edible but we were clearly a major inconvenience to the employee.Should have just gone to the grocery store across the street and grabbed a sandwich from there. Definitely next time will be bypassed.

Not a big fan of this location. I've never had my sandwich completely "right". Stale bread, missing ingredients from online orders, etc. Workers are pretty unpleasant.

Slow service and there was a million flies buzzing around in the kitchen and on our food. Up and walked out because I found that disgusting, save your time and don’t go here unless you don’t mind eating fly infested food.

Working guy was smoking cigarette in the back, he sees there is customer standing there still he is chilling with cigarette. I rang the bell still nope... cigarette is more important than customer. 10:10 AM June 27 if owner does something to check CCTV?

Definitely need more staff working only one staff member. He handled the lunch rush very well although I felt pretty bad for the poor guy. About 13 people waiting in line and pick up orders kept coming in with just him working.Knowing it’s really the only fast food joint in town that is popular, you would think management would have at least 2 people working especially during lunch hours.Kudos the one guy working during my pick up order. Did an awesome job and handled it well!
