The last few times I have been in to order it seems like everyone working is miserable. Not one friendly face and it doesn't matter what time you order. It seems like it is a big inconvenience to make subs .....Which is part of the job ! I get everyone has bad days but this seems to be the regular at this establishment.

Driven through this town three times for work and stopped here each time. I find the staff to be awkward and not friendly at all. The one girl I've seen twice is grumpy, looks as if she had a drug addiction, and then apologized for being rude to me one of those times because "she was having a bad day". It happens but keep the feelings at home in a professional setting. The other time i went here i was met by two awkward and also grumpy teenagers. A guy and a girl about 17 years old each. They both had no greeting (never had a hello or anything from anyone here of the three visits, although I've been the only customer in there each time) and these two even seemed bothered i came in. They acted as if they were to cool to help and were flirting with each other, but in a really awkward way. In a way as if "I'm to cool to help this person or to cool to work here". It was quite odd and very unprofessional.. Of the three times I have been here the staff are the only negative thing I have encountered. Of the three staff I've seen, all of them were all grumpy, never said hello, or what can I get you, and the two were acting as if they were to cool to be there. Really awkward encounter each time. Makes me not want to go back the next time I drive through. Ill try one more time but if i am met with strange awkward staff again i won't be back. This review is more for the owner to be aware that the staff are quite subpar in customer service imo (im sure the owner is aware of this) and the staff may need to be talked to, to improve their customer service abilities, and if they can't be better, then possibly replaced. If I owned the place it wouldn't be flying ever.

I asked the girl working this afternoon if they still had the 3 subs for 24$ before I ordered.. she said yes with confidence.. so I ordered three subs… waited for them to by poorly made then she rang it all in and the “discount” didn’t come off so she made me pay full price, when otherwise I would have only gotten at most one sub. Always getting overcharged here and I’m kind of over it….
Ladies are sweet, fresh ingredients, and they put up with my mom ( who is a nightmare customer... not rude, just asked stupid questions) with kindness.
