Just curious about something here. I watched the guy in the back weigh my fry’s. He took a few out and was watching a scale the put one back in then another one back in. All bare handed. Is this something new DQ does? I’ve never seen this done before. Also, this DQ is very very slow. Don’t be in a hurry if going to this place.

If you’re in any sort of hurry, skip this restaurant. 34 mins to get three cold meals. There was only one person in front of us in line and they waited just as long. People left the restaurant who were also in line waiting to order. Two stars for food because the ice cream was good. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed.
DQ response team, I know you’re sorry because customer service is important to you. However I will not be giving this particular location another chance.

Went through the drive-thru with friends as we were passing through, two cars ahead of us and one car parked in to eat. We waited slightly before ordering and when we got to the window the clerk operating the window didn't tell me the price (thankfully I knew it) gave me the bag of food didn't remind me we ordered drinks as well, and when we finally got everything he didn't say bye or have a good night. felt like I just spoke with a robot. It felt like he was a brand new employee and did not know how to speak to someone. poor communication.

IT TOOK ME 25 MINUTES TO GET ONE MINI ICE CREAM. I WANT TO GO HOME. I HAVE A 1.5 HOUR DRIVE HOME STILL I JUST WANTED TO MUNCH…. i’m also still in the drive through as i type this. but the ice cream is good. slay

My daughter loves sweet & sour sauce with her chicken and also loves it to dip her fries with as well, so I always order extra for her, & its fine if I'm charged for the extra sauces, but to get all the way home (half hour drive) & only have 1 sauce for a 4pc strips with fries & an extra order of fries, when I ordered 5 sauces, she was pretty disappointed.
