We were driving from Regina to Edmonton and missed the usual lunch spot due to construction. We found this place in Maidstone and were somewhat skeptical about all the 5* ratings. However, I can say that we should have believed them because this really is a gem. I had a delicious hamburger with the best salad I have had in a long time -- there were at least four types of greens, colourful peppers, sliced grape tomatoes, and a few types of shredded cheese. It was very colourful and appetizing! My travelling companions enjoyed their lunch also and have added Lou's & Sue's to their list of places to stop for lunch in the future.

Coming from Ontario I can say this places tops a lot of places, fresh food ,very tasty awesome service , hospitality is amazing and the wings are like no other.

I've came here a couple of times and I just have to say the food was amazing!! You can really tell they use high quality ingredients for every meal. I've tried many things on the menu as I keep going back to try more and each dish exceeds my expectations.

The workers are all so friendly and treat you like family as well, which is a plus.

Definitely a must try if you need a bite to eat after a long drive!

Father's day supper it was very good. All our meals were excellent service was good. Waitress friendly and efficient. Overall out time there was very family friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was really friendly, and the burger I had was really good. I will definitely go back next time I'm driving by there; I want to try the pizza next, it looked really good as well.
