Good little bite to eat at the Cypress Hills park. Service was good considering how busy it was, and the food was good too. The wife has some dietary considerations, and they had no problem accomdating them.

The server was welcoming! I appreciated her warmth and efficiency! I had a burger with chips, which reminded me of the home-made chips, buns, and burgers my Mom used to make for the family!

The food was great. We were looking for something in the Park that was not burgers and pizza so we stopped here for pasta and steak and was great. They have a kids menu. Tasty drinks. Great service. I took one star off for atmosphere as the music was nice but wish they had more of a view or outdoor patio experience. The bar in the resort is just finishing building a south facing large deck so maybe this can be combined with the restaurant, too bad the deck will look on to the parking lot.
Parking: Parking is free outside the front of the resort for anyone with a Provincial Park Pass.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the main floor so no stairs can roll into the main lobby and back towards the restaurant.

The quality of the food is amazing and the service is great !! We ate there for 3 days and were never disappointed. The balsamic dip is the best I've ever had. I rated the atmosphere a 4 as it could use less lighting during supper hours and perhaps some planters or artificial trees for coziness and to break up the large size of the room.
My husband and I had supper there on August 23, 2022. The meal was delicious and so tasty. My husband had steak and I had salmon. Service was excellent.

We wanted to sit on the patio but were told that they were short staffed, otherwise we could have or could have sat on the lounge side on the patio but we had a minor with us, so no go. Ordered the Pad Thai and it was very good. Arrivied piping hot and very tasty. Friendly service. I gave 4 stars only because it was pricey $$.

The food here is amazing. You can expect that anything you order from Ivan’s will be delicious. My favourite thing to get here is the cedar plank salmon. It had a delectable lemon dill butter sauce, seasonal vegetables, and jasmine rice. Everything pairs so nicely. I recommend making reservations to guarantee your spot. The staff are always so nice and accommodating. Portion sizes are big, too. Every time we are in Cypress Hills, we have to come here at least once!

Wait staff was excellent. Food was not worth the price. $28 for prime rib that was a quarter gristle and cut almost as thin as sandwich meat- there’s no way it was actually 7 ounces. The potatoes chunks were obviously cooked earlier in the day and reheated - dry and crusty. The one piece of broccoli and two slivers of zucchini were cold, not even close to being freshly cooked. The Yorkshire was so crusty it couldn’t even be cut with a steak knife! Apparently several other people were complaining of the same poor meal that night. I feel bad for the young servers having to deal with the same food complaints all evening — they are the only good thing about this place!
