great food, good people!
I would not recommend staying there.
No standard of hotel housekeeping was done!
Left us feeling like we didn’t know what surface we could touch because it was dirty!

The Adobe Restaurant is a unique establishment that has recently been added to the UNESCO World Heritage list. The restaurant offers a truly exceptional dining experience, with exquisite food and divine drinks that are sure to delight the senses.
However, the overall experience at the Adobe can be a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms are described as wonderful and nicely dated, the beds are reported to be quite uncomfortable, feeling more like sleeping on a rock. Additionally, the hotel has a noticeable smoke and ash odor that has not been properly addressed, leaving guests' clothes smelling of the lingering scent.
The check-in process can also be a bit of a hassle, with the staff requiring full payment upfront, even for guests who may only be staying for a short time. This policy, combined with some communication issues and late-night phone calls regarding unpaid bills, can leave a sour taste in guests' mouths.
