Stayed for one night. Left Sunday morning. No hot water to wash or shower. While I ran the sink for 5 minutes waiting for hot water, the drain on the sink leaked all on the floor. No staff till noon on Sunday so there wasn’t anyone to report it to. Room was big and clean and the beds were comfortable.

Stayed here for 3 weeks during fire evacuation. This is a great little hotel rooms are clean beds are awesome and thank you for not charging ridiculous rates will definetly stay again.The food is great nothing fancy but very very good and lots of options. The pub is just that it's a pub and a damn good one. The beer is very cold and the bar staff is friendly. If you have an issue with this place the issue is yours. Thanx everyone for giving us a quiet place to wait out our exile.

Upon arrival, lady at the check in/liquor store was very nice. They required us to pay for the entire stay up front which is uncommon but not a huge deal. I only had enough money to pay for the first night (we stayed for 4 nights) as I was getting paid the next day and was told I could come back the next day to pay for the remainder of our stay. We had an early baseball game that next day so I figured I would go back to the hotel after to pay, as all our stuff was still in the room so it's not like we were going anywhere. I received a phone call from the Inn shortly after our game stating I needed to come pay. I told them I wouldn't make it back til around 6PM. They said that was fine and they would leave a note. Got a call not 5 min later from the same gal and she stated her manager said they would not allow us to come that late and we had to pay now or they could use my credit card and charge the rest of the stay. I opted to charge to my credit card but told them to give me 5 min to transfer some money. I never heard anything back so I assume everything was ok. I got a call later that night at 1130PM. 1130PM!! Who calls someone that late to tell them they haven't paid their hotel bill. I told the lady (different one this time) that I was going to come between 6&7 but was told I couldn't wait that long so they were going to charge my credit card. She said they don't have my credit card on file (even tho I used it for the damage deposit and first night's stay). I told her that I didn't know that and since noone called me to tell me that, I assumed the payment was put through earlier that day. She told me there was a note saying I refused to give my credit card over the phone. Considering I was never asked for my credit card number, I find that hard to believe. They asked what my license plate was (I assume to make sure I hadn't bolted) as I didn't fill that out upon check in. I said I asked if I needed to fill that part out ans I was told no I didn't. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with the 1130PM call whatsoever. I asked why noone called at 7 when I hadn't shown up. There wasn't really an answer. We also got back to our room that night and our door was unlocked.
Was a cute place but they had clearly recently had a fire and it had not been taken care of and cleaned properly as the whole place wreaked of smoke and all my clothes stunk when I got home as well.
Overall an ok experience for what we paid. Probably wouldn't stay again simply due to the smoke odor that hasn't been dealt with.

I stayed here over the last few days, rooms are wonderful very dated and nice, other then bed are not comfy, feels like your laying a rock. Hotel otherwise many day there free breakfast ( there isn’t ) it smells deeply like Ashe and smoke.
A recent addition to the UNESCO World Heritage list. The adobe is a place where all your wildest dreams will come true.
