I was pleasantly surprised by The Carnivore, a combination of noodles, meats, and vegetables. So often that last past is skipped entirely for meat-heavy meals, and it was nice to have some hidden in there.

It seems to be consistence of service, as someone who has worked int he industry it should not take 20 mins for a beer. Arrived at 6:30- food arrived approx 7:45. Seems there is not enough staff. The staff we did encounter were nice and it's not their fault but I just think there needs to more help in the lounge on busier nights?

Tonight we ordered on the app as we always have in the past. We never had issues with ordering for allergies in the past. We ordered two salads garden and caesar salad and only received one of the salads and the caesar container was maybe filled 1/4 of the container. The gf chicken club was packaged in a cardboard container with holes in and packaged with all of the gluten food. So it would be easy for the garlic toast bread crumbs to contaminate it. The alfredo was also so dry it was like there was no sauce. When I called to complain I was put on hold for 5 minutes and not even refunded. Really disappointed as this was our go to place to order for our whole family but now I don’t trust it. In the past, food ordered with allergies was packaged separately and when I suggested this on the phone it was obvious that who I spoke to didn’t care. It also took 45 minutes longer than the pick up time it said.

I placed an online order and received an immediate call saying their system was down and they couldn’t process it. I said no problem and asked them to cancel my order. Later, I checked my bank statement and saw I was still charged $35—a big hit for a university student on a tight budget. I’ve called twice since, and both times the manager was “busy” and couldn’t help. It’s been over two weeks, and they still haven’t resolved this issue. Now I’m out $35 and never even got the baked penne I was looking forward to. This has been extremely unprofessional, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

$150 and 3 out of 4 orders were completely wrong! We live an hour away and can't just run back and return it. 3/4 of it went in the garbage. What a waste of money!

The food was not great, I had the chicken Alfredo and the noodles were dried out like it was sitting out all day, they also didn't have much flavour to the dish.

Sadly I have to give a poor review due to the fact that my wife's pasta had barley any sauce in her Chicken Mushroom Alfredo dish. Also sans her garlic toast that was ordered. When I called with my concerns I was basically dismissed with, "there's nothing they can do".
Essentially my wife had a baked dish of noodles with almost no sauce and rather flavorless.
I had to take it upon myself to make for my wife home made Alfredo sauce so she could enjoy her 25 dollar plate of noodles. Thanks Boston Pizza for not providing the cost benefit ratio. I always love giving my hard earned dollar to a business that doesn't truly care for their patrons. Just jacked up prices for,
poor food and customer service.

We've been here 5 times in the last year. Every time we come, the service is insanely slow. We're usually here for 2 hours, not because we want to be, but because they are that slow. The food is good, and the servers are usually friendly, but they need to do something about service times.

Went there for supper at 9pm. The waitress Makayla was absolutely rude. Didn’t ask how our food was and was rude when we sat down. Took 15 minutes to bring me my bill. And then she said the fish bowl was on special and then didn’t give me the special until I told her about it. Had to ask for water and everything and was just overall not wanting to engage with me or my fiancé.
