Well what an experience!!!. I will NEVER recommend this establishment. After driving 10 hours, checking into the hotel right next door ,all we wanted was a hot meal to enjoy together. Ya that did not happen.first we ordered 2 drinks. 1 pop 1 beer. our waitress decided to make 8 fish bowls and 3 other drinks even before she thought about our 2 easy beverages so this took about 17minutes to get to us . then we orderd our food. 2 meals no sides done .Well the first meal finally came out and the waitress said "will there be anything else? " I replied with" um ya the other meal. " she said replied "uh ok " and walked away ..9 minutes later she walked over and said " they just started the other meal now so it will be out shortly ". I then proceeded to hand her back the first dish she served us ( i jad not touched a single piece of food on this plate yet )and I said " ok take this back and I would like to have it re done as this will be ice cold before the other food arrives " she looked at me like I asked her for Chinese food . I again then said" this food will be ice cold before the other plate arrives and I would like to be able to eat and enjoy our meals together. by the time I finish this my husband's will just be arriving " . the absolute disgusting look on her face. she grabbed the plate and left . That was it we got up said cancel the orders we are not waiting any longer now . She actually had the nerve to charge ne for a pop while we waited over 40 minutes for service and half our order . This establishment needs to make some serious adjustments to management, bar staff , and server attitudes , work ethics ,and what it takes to have repeat business in this economy . Shame on you Boston pizza. who goes out with their partner for a nice meal to be expected to actually eat alone . who wants that . if we wanted to eat separate meals we would just wait for the work week as we have different employment!So a huge shout out to ALL THE GANG at Caesar Mill just down the road for allowing us to enjoy a wonderful hot meal at the same time together. The staff went above and beyond and enjoyed this story , just as much as we LOVED their food !!!

Worst service ever. We couldn't get cutlery and napkins. Did not get water, majito had rotten mint leaves in it, didn't get a refill on my soft drink. Sever delivered dishes one at a time with a long wait between dishes. Never came back after delivering the last dish. Worst restaurant experience I can ever recall having!

We waited for 15 mins and finally somebody came and told us that despite it not looking busy that the waitress needed to get organized and that it would be another 5 minute wait. 10 minutes went buy and I asked if it would be much longer or if we should just go somewhere else. I was told to just go somewhere else as it might be longer yet. All of this on a less than half full restaurant.

Seems to have gone downhill. Boston Pizza as a franchise is a beacon of mediocrity, but this location misses the mark. I don't know if they're understaffed or what the deal is but don't have high expectations for service. As for the food you can tell they're cutting costs on serving sizes. There's been a few times I've gone and gotten what must be half portions. To the point where you might want to swing by mcdonald's on the way home so you're not hungry.

Was there is past weekend, the service was shameful and it seemed like they weren't even trying. Took forever to get food and left my 2 year olds food till last to bring out. It was dirty feeling, table being sticky etc. my husband had a chicken bone in his salad. Family member didn't have sauce in her bowl that was supposed to be there. The only person doing their job was the busboy and he alone put the waitresses to shame. Just for the chicken bone they should have discounted it or something but they didn't seem to care. Thought it got better but turns out it sucks again.

Went to Boston pizza in martensville with family. Our waitress was absolutely terrible. Didn’t come and say hi or anything when we got to our table. She waited so long to ask what we wanted to drink, that we already had what we all wanted for food figured out. She also didn’t bring out our food at the same time and the manager was bringing out the food for her very late. They served a two year old food very last. I there was zero sauce for my rice bowl, I waited more then 10 minutes to go ask for sauce. She mad the busier bring out drinks and the sauce. There was a piece of bone in a family members Cesar salad. I am extremely disappointed in our waitress and the manager. It was terrible service. We will not be returning. The waitress came across as rude. So disappointed.

Normally I love BP's Chicken Pecan salad, but not in Martensville. We've tried it there FOUR TIMES over the past few years and it's been consistently disappointing! And one time my Chicken "Pecan" salad contained NO PECANS whatsoever!!I think Martensville's cooks need retraining. All four Saskatoon BPs always serve delightful Chicken Pecan salads -- and Prince Albert's Chicken Pecan salads are always excellent, too -- so I know where the fault lies.
