Wait 20 minutes to half an hour every time we go. Picked up tonight. Multiple pieces of chicken came without skin . Oily soggy mess clumped together in the bottom of the bucket. Tried to crisp up this congealed mess in the air fryer to no avail. Your staff really took one look at that & said “yeah that's acceptable”. I cant imagine caring so little for my customers hard earned dollar.

I went in for supper around 7:00 at night, and this place is honestly a mess.
Took 15-20 mins for my order and when I got it, they gave me someone else's order which was similar but missing 2-3 items. They had to re-do some of my order, and it was one of the worst tasting kfcs I've been to. I had 4 chicken meal bucket with frys and gravy and coleslaw and popcorn chicken. Chicken tasted old, Frys were mid, best thing was the popcorn chicken.
Lady also handed me my order at the front desk chinese looking woman and didn't give me any fork or napkins, like am I suppose to eat the coleslaw with my fingers or tongue?
I'd give this place 0/5 if I could. The staff here definitely need to be switched out, do yourself a favor and drive 15-20 mins into saskatoon or somewhere else to eat.

Like numerous comments here, ordered 9 piece meal at 5:30 PM and waited 25 minutes. But it gets unbelievable from there. Got home, tasted the gravy, and there was curry in it, I kid you not!! Called the manager next day, they wouldn’t give me owners number. Emailed KFC.CA, told my story, never even got a reply. Sadly, we are done with KFC.
