Like numerous comments here, ordered 9 piece meal at 5:30 PM and waited 25 minutes. But it gets unbelievable from there. Got home, tasted the gravy, and there was curry in it, I kid you not!! Called the manager next day, they wouldn’t give me owners number. Emailed KFC.CA, told my story, never even got a reply. Sadly, we are done with KFC.

We did an online order and gave them 20 min to get our order ready and pick up…then we had to wait an additional 40 min to get our food!! After asking about compensation they only offered a free fountain pop.

The blonde girl you have working in the evening has absolutely no idea what she is doing. We repeated our order 4 or 5 times and they still got it wrong and had the nerve to show the receipt of what I paid. And said thats what I ordered. That was the most frustrating experience ive had in fast food. I ordered a box meal and said I wanted corn for my side and bbq to dip. Why would I ask for that if it doesn't come with the meal you charged me for? I will not be back.
