Said they only had a 20 dollar bill for change so i didnt use cash bc i wasnt going to tip 15 dollars.. 2/3 pizzas were under cooked. Raw in centers on the underside. Gluten free pizza was cooked proper.

Well I saw this newly launched nashville waffle fries on menu, looked really good. Went to order my box with those fries and i think “ nashville waffle fries is a joke” they just poured crazy amount of seasoning which taste like paprika👎🏼 I wont recommend it although I am not complaining about the service from staff or store. Its something pizza hut should know that they shouldnt fool people with pictures.

While they make a good pizza, and for years my family has bought from them, they are American and my kids don't want me supporting them or Nything American. Nothing against them, but I guess Red Swan is my new Canadian pizza place.

I placed a phone order using a coupon which I specified when I placed the order. They would not honor my coupon when I came to pick up my pizza, told me what I ordered did not qualify. They would not correct the order and wanted me to pay full prize before I could reorder. The communication at this location is horrible. Need new management the service has gone way down in Martensville.

Tried to order a pizza by phone recently. Calls go to a call centre and they patch you through to the location of your choice. First call I received a message stating this number is no longer in service, second attempt, same thing. Third attempt I asked to speak to a manager at the call centre (they don't have one). Explained the inactive phone number and she gave me another number to try, same message. Called again, they had no explanation for the phones not working and told me all they knew was that the store was offline whatever that means. The location I wanted to order from is a block from my house so I drove down, walked in and the staff member was on the phone taking an order from a customer. Hmmmmmm, when I explained the situation I was told their systems were down but they were back up now. A bit strange that messages would indicate the phone numbers are no longer in service. Left me wondering based another review I saw if they take down the phones when they are really busy until they catch up?? In any case, I rated 4 stars for the food. Given the type of food that it is, I received timely and hot pizza with adequate toppings. Can't rate atmosphere since it is not a sit down restaurant. It's not likely that I will order from here again which is fine because we shouldn't be eating this stuff anyway but I felt like a cheat night and their pepperoni is good.

I ordered a small pizza online with boneless bites. Followed the progress and estimated time of delivery was 6:55 - 7:05. Called at 7:20 to check if they were still delivering and the staff member showed zero customer service skills . He said he thought it was on its way and hung up. A little while later my pizza arrived almost cold and the bites were the smallest I've ever seen. Pretty sure they just forgot about my order. The driver told me to have a good night and before he left he said they were busy. That might have been the case but I paid to get a hot pizza delivered to me. If I wanted a mediocre one I would have cooked up a frozen pizza. I will probably take my business elsewhere.

This place needs some help. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Pizza Huts call centre where you get sent too couldn’t help. Go into the store and immediately get into an argument with the girl working the till trying to order a pizza. Who ever owns this place do better.
