Normally we love Red Swan pizza. Today I had my wife pick up an XL pizza on her way home from work. The pizza was way over-cooked. If we didn't live 20 min away, we would have returned it and had you re-make it. A little quality control is needed. We will be very reluctant to ever order from this store again.
Best pizza in town. I had ordered spicy paneer and all meat pizza, it was delicious. Crust was crispy. And their customer service is very good. Best pizza and service guys. Keep going and we love your pizza.

Quality of pizza has gone downhill. Theyāre getting super cheap with their toppings and sauce. Not happy at all I ordered their āspecialā medium pizza. It says ANY 12ā 2-topping pizza. So I ordered honey garlic chicken, ask them to hold the peppers. That makes it at two topping pizza which the man said was perfectly fine. Then they hit me for an extra two dollars because of the honey garlic sauce! Are you serious? It says ANY 12ā pizza!ā It does not say, excluding the honey garlic chicken, or that there is an extra charge For the sauce. So is the regular pizza sauce that they use worth nothing? Now I have to pay for the sauce? If this is the case, there is an extra charge With a honey garlic sauce. It doesnāt. These people are crooked. Not only that when I got the pizza it was super late and when I got home, there was so little chicken on it compared with what I used to get there was maybe 1/3, four of the pieces of pizza had literally two small little pieces of chicken scattered. Thatās it! As for the sauceā¦ You couldnāt even even taste it like you used used to it used to be a nice pizza with lots of sauce. This was so sparse you couldnāt even hardly taste the sauce. it was basically a crust that looked like it was scraped off and a few sprinkles of chicken and a little bit of pineapple. This is an absolute joke. These people that offer specials and then they lessen the portion should not be allowed to do this. A special is only a special when you quit playing around with lessening the portions for the sale price. In case you were buying a lesser product for a lesser price. Itās no special. I will never buy from these guys again, ripping me off extra for the sauce. What next.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly and willing to do what they gotta do to get the proper pizza to you! To be honest Iāll be there grabbing my regular today! Of course letās never forget their crust, sesame seeds are what started my interest in this company and 0/10 times has it ever disappointed me!
