Don't come here if you intend to drink any hot drink in the morning besides coffee. I've gone multiple times and ordered a steeped tea, but for some reason they always give me a coffee.

The night drive thru staff very friendly and make you feel appreciated as a customer.i do not feel like just a nunber. Quality of items is more important to me then how quickly I received it. which has never been a long wait anyway. . Highly recommend

I’m compelled to voice my frustration with Kathy, the assistant manager at your Tim Hortons location. Her behavior towards both customers and employees is appalling. Kathy’s attitude is consistently rude and demeaning, and it's troubling to see such unprofessionalism from someone in her position. It’s not just my opinion—there are numerous negative reviews about her online. Kathy’s conduct is damaging your store’s reputation. I urge you to evaluate her performance and consider disciplinary action thoroughly. As a loyal customer, it’s disappointing to repeatedly witness such poor treatment. Kathy does not deserve to be in her role.

Running up in competing for worst tim Hortons around. Staff do NOT listen to your order and when you reiterate your order, they scoff and still botch it. They seem to be too concerned about having a grand time with one another instead of providing decent customer service . They are lucky that McDonald's isnt good and they are the closest Tim's.
