When a customer hands you a steeped tea and tells you it tastes like water....you don't just put a new lid on it and hand it back. Tim Hortons due better this location can never make a steep tea properly reach your staff. Those of us who enjoy them are willing to wait while it is being prepared PROPERLY

the manager, who i believes name was Cathy was being extremely rude with emoplyees, which was a little hard to watch. Other than that the service was good.

Service was absolutely horrible. There was only one table of 2 people when I came in. There were 2 people behind the counter, neither one even looked up or greeted, as a matter of fact, one even went to the back. I still waited, finally got served. All I ordered was an apple juice and a quenched. Got the quenched, then they went and served another client, totally ignoring me. I had to actually speak up to get the apple juice. I honestly thought service would have been better in a smaller area. We stopped in around 6-6:30 pm. We often stop in this area for meals or beverages on our way home as it is not as busy as in the city. Unfortunately, this may be our last time stopping at this Tim Hortons

Stopped in to get a Hazlenut Cold Brew before starting a night shift and the service and presentation and the whole atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Stunning presentation of the coffee was so detailed and looking at the cold brew topped over ice and then drizzled Espresso Foam. The staff were under 18 and worked so well together and I give them all the credit of how they all worked together,
Very welcoming and kind and professional and also take pride in their work.
Also Hannah and Kyle are Baristas in training and wish them the Best on the service industry experience. .
Shout out to Hannah Kyle Christian and Liam.
GREAT TEAM WORK
I recommend taking the time to walk in to the store...it's definitely worth taking the few extra minutes to see how clean and organized the store is.

Literally the worst Tim Hortons ever, I walked in and ordered a farmers wrap and a medium ice cap and they completely forgot about my wrap. I waited for 15 mins and all they would do is just stare at me. I had to finally ask someone where my wrap was and they just rolled their eyes and walked away. A guy came in an ordered 2 wraps and he was served while I was still waiting for my wrap. They finally gave me my wrap and it had sauce all over the wrapper and the wrap was falling apart. Worse customer service and food ever. Disgusting. Don’t go here

Can't beat the Timmie's breakfast sandwiches and Boston cream donuts. Always gotta make a stop before heading in to the city, and they almost always get it done in under a minute. The new renovations look and feel fantastic! Great work everybody.

We did not have a positive experience at the Martensville Tim Hortons. We realize it was a busy Saturday morning with lots of customers and not enough staff. Kris took our order, and he was quite efficient in getting my drink and donut, but he didn't give us a receipt or an order number. Then we waited and waited and waited for our food. Customers, including us, were only given their food orders after asking if it was ready - it appears the orders had been prepared, but for whatever reason, not being given to the customers. Customers who ordered after we did received their orders before us. We stood and waited about 20 minutes, and our food was lukewarm at best - my husband's Supreme Stack was actually cold. We were taking our food to go, but are regretting that we didn't ask for our money to be refunded so we could go eat elsewhere.
