pizza was good but no ground beef on as claimed in menu...so am disappointed

Lite has now be demoted to Thin, sad to see how far this location has fallen.

I was in there on 11/08/24 at 4:45 pm I asked for slices and I had the worst service in my life I am a Long Time customer since it opened I will not go back

I can’t believe how the pizza at the Martensville location has gone way down in quality and up in price. A thick Double Double is a 1/3 of the thickness it was a few years ago.

Don’t serve pizza within an hour before they close

When they are open they have good pizza

Disappointed, stopped for a slice. They had one slice left in the display looked like it had sat there for a while. I asked if that was all they had? He said a fresh batch was coming up in about 5 minutes, I said I would wait, prepaid even gave a tip. After a 5 min or so he brought me a slice from the back, jumped in the car and took off. Opened the box and there it was the old slice! Don’t think I can trust them anymore! Disappointed!

Best Vern's pizza in the province. I don't know exactly what they are doing differently, but the Saskatoon locations pale in comparison to this location.I have ordered a Poutine, Loaded, and Double Double which reminded me of the Vern's pizza I had as a child growing up in Saskatoon. The crust has a nice buttery taste to it and the meat and sauce are excellent.Huge shout out to Cheryl for preparing my poutine and being such a great person to chat to every time I step into the restaurant!

Saturday night at 9 pm all the racks were empty…I asked how long till by the slice was available and I got “I dunno 15 min” as a response…don’t promote “by the slice” if at 9 on a Saturday all 4 racks are empty and your employees don’t care

Came by at 9pm on Saturday and not a single pizza was ready by the slice said it would be at least 20 minutes. Went to adobe to kill time came back half an hour later to a single Vern’s special on the rotisserie. The point of by the slice is to be able to get it. Super disappointed.no apology no cares. Won’t be

This is how our pizza arrived. Not to mention we were charged $30 delivery for a local delivery. They are refunding the delivery but this is just not ok. We got it delivered while we were out so the kids had our card to pay. Otherwise I would have caught it upon drop off. The only reason they got 2 stars was because they are refunding the delivery charge.

I've been going to verns for years and this was the worst experience I have ever had, pizza dough was raw and was called a lier when I called to ask them to remake. Was given the complete run around and made to look like an idiot. NOT IMPRESSED. would like management or owner to contact me.
