I used to love getting a rootbeer sweet cream for my ride home. I waited all winter for them to upgrade their drink machines. I went there last Saturday to find the menu changed, the price increased and the small doesn't even fill the cup. A&W you need to change the setting's on your machine to match the ounces in a cup size.

Waited five minutes for my drive thru order (was told to pull ahead and I think they forgot about me), fries were soft and cold & onion rings were cold and hard. dill pickle mama burger was gross & looked like it was squashed. $18 very disappointed
I had ordered a rise and shiner which has two egg sandwiches and I also wanted another sausage and egged only to get two sandwiches one of them without a egg and the other was just fine but the thing is that I also got a container that had a egg inside of it no third sandwich just a small container with a egg and the other sandwich didn’t even have a egg Inside of it???I was helped by a Cristina but I think she was really dumb or on drugs or something
