I got served by a young lady I think Kayla was her name extremely friendly great person to take orders but her female manager was extremely rude to her repeatedly me and another customer both noticed the bad treatment this was August 28/2025 around 9:30 pm

love the managers, every time i have a problem they solve it but theres a worker and everytime she is the one working my coffee order is always wrong and they never put extra vanilla when i specify it and pay for the extra.

I had such a great experience with Jen Grassl. She was fast, efficient, and so kind throughout the whole process. Everything is always handled smoothly and professionally, and she makes my morning coffee runs quick and reliable.
I’ve noticed that the staff often have an unfriendly attitude and don’t seem open to feedback. The coffee is frequently made incorrectly, and when I’ve tried to politely explain the issue, I’ve been met with more attitude rather than a willingness to fix it. I hope this can be addressed so customers feel more comfortable and valued.

Food was definitely on par for a decent mcdicks meal! The manager was actively motivating his team to smile and provide good service. I like that. Bathrooms were clean and there was lots of parking. The girl taking the order was definitely new but the other team members were quick to help out. Definitely would go back!

If i could give less than one star i would, the service was terrible and when i ordered my burger they didn’t had onions prepared and the patty was dry as well. It’s been second time i went and the service was terrible than before. Definitely wouldn’t recommend instead go to any other place and they would prolly have much better food than them.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. The service was extremely slow, even though it wasn’t busy. My order was incorrect, and when I brought it up, the staff seemed uninterested in fixing it. The food was cold, and the fries tasted stale. Never recommending to anyone and never ever ever gonna order again from here!!!
