How disappointing. No knife in my bag again to spread my cream cheese. Also, my bagel was not toasted. This happens quite often. Isn’t there a manager on site overlooking these things?

I ordered a double double coffee on 15th of January night around 10:55, along with some other drinks as well. There were two women working, gave me the orders. The double double was soo strong as there was no sugar at all and I already drove halfway home again I had to come to let them know they gave the wrong order —which was okay too as it happens from time to time — but by the I came, they closed the store. I just personally feel they could have done better; however the remaining were good. So I'm going with three star rating. Thank you.

The service was really shitty had to wait for someone to come and serve us they were all hiding in the back and The communication was horrible gave us attitude “Timbits” when we ask for a box of hot chocolate and had to explain what we wanted

I’ve had a few experiences where my order wasn’t prepared as requested. This time, I asked for a coffee with no sugar but received a double-double instead. On a previous visit, my sandwich order was also incorrect, and I had to return to have it fixed. The store wasn’t busy at the time, so with a bit more attention to detail, these issues could likely be avoided.

That said, there are 2–3 staff members who are consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming, and I really appreciate their effort and customer service. With some additional training and focus on accuracy and attitude, the rest of the team has the potential to provide the same positive experience. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving overall service going forward.

Visited for a coffee recently afterI heard our local Timmie’s was renovated I thought for sure the quality would be better! Alas, the coffee is still disgustingly bitter, still can’t seem to make a half decent iced coffee they always taste burnt coffee with no flavor at all even when you get extra flavour.

They just renovated. Got rid of the comfortable seating and fireplace. Looks like they eliminated seating too. Looks cold and unfriendly. Definitely will not be going for coffee in there. Very disappointing

I order food and tea and it's wrong order I go back to store and ask for my food the guy manager there with long board said its OK have this food today for me idk what he is thinking she is flirting in front nor give my food and tea I wasted my 25 minutes and I get late to my work also
