Me and my family arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 Sunday evening. We were told that we would have a 45-minute wait. There were 10 empty tables. They must have been short-staffed that night. That would normally be fine but they denied us a table simply because they said that we needed to wait 45 minutes before we could even sit at a table. We asked politely to be able to just sit and visit and have a glass of water or something for the next 45 minutes. And they said no. We asked why not and we were just told no. I asked to speak to the manager and a very very rude disrespectful individual came to the front. And she said with such disdain that you will not be seated for the next 45 minutes. I asked when the general manager would be in. And she insisted that she was going to be the person that we spoke with regardless. And then he just announced that he wouldn't serve us and turned around and left us. So we went to Venice house instead. I would give Venice house five stars. We won't be returning. We usually went to Boston Pizza three or four times a month. They won't be getting our money anymore. That was the rudest service I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. My family used to own a restaurant and that is definitely not how you treat customers. If this was my establishment she would be gone. I'd give a zero star rating if I could so the lowest is a one star. They did the same disrespectful thing to the next people that came in. We also saw them go to Venice house.

Again, 10 empty tables. One of them was technically reserved but besides the point. We would have been completely okay with sitting at a table for 45 minutes just visiting and talking with water until we were ready to be served. And they wouldn't allow us even that. I recommend that you do not frequent this establishment.

Absolutely horrible experience, and will be very doubtful if I ever step foot in this place again. Ordered through the app, pickup time was 6:33, we arrived at 6:35, waited 15 mins in the front lobby as no one was at the front desk. Had to call the restaurant to get service, Absolutely ridiculous. Got told it would be another 8 mins. 25 mins later our food arrives stone cold.

Eager for a kickn' chicken sandwich I ordered takeout for lunch and received a relatively sad meal. Fries were undercooked and sandwich was not to the former glory I seemed to recall. Staff seemed really friendly but the mediocre meal was hardly worth the 22 I'd spent.
