Roof leaking, the workers there don't care. Roof dripping into people's food is unacceptable
I have been getting my banana split no pineapple extra strawberries for a long time, today I got it again and my banana was so green that I needed a knife to cut it , I have never had one like it. So very disappointed!

I'm not sure if this is a one-off or the recipe has changed. I picked up a Buster Bar today with no fudge; just soft serve, peanuts and chocolate coating. The wrapper still says there is supposed to be fudge in it, but none there for me.

I used the drive thru for an ice cream craving.. there was no confirmation of what I ordered and it was wrong. I called to let them know and mentioned how to improve. They did not want my advice or to correct the issue and the manager did not return my call so I will no longer be a customer.
Way to cold in there. Kind of a weird smell inside the restaurant as well. The staff was friendly and helpful though and the seating area seemed pretty
