Awful employees. Terrible customer service. Gave a dirty look to me and didn't answer me when I asked politely for the washroom. These guys need to learn manners and treat their customers with respect and kindness. HR definitely ne3ds to pop in on these guys and turn it around.

Terrible customer service! Went through the drive thru for 2 blizzards this evening. When we got to the window, one blizzard was half melted and the second blizzard was made incorrectly. When we addressed with the young gentleman (dirty blonde hair and glasses) working the window that one of the blizzards was made incorrectly, he got extremely unprofessional and told us “it was our fault for not specifying” when we did in fact specify how it was to be made. He even went as far as to speak over us when we were trying to explain what went wrong. We gave the blizzard back and asked it to be remade properly. Again, the young gentleman got unprofessional and said, “there’s no need to have an attitude”. Once the new blizzard was made, he threw it in our face without a word and closed the window as fast as he could. My family and I were utterly disgusted with the level of customer service we received tonight. I can confidently say we will not be back.

Best DQ burger i have had in a long time. Friendly and prompt service. My mom comes here every week and has never had bad food. I am sorry to see reviews here mentioning the race of the staff; no, actually i am kind of flabbergasted that people would air their racism in a public forum. It’s a tough time for many small businesses seeking to hire and retain staff. I thought Saskatchewan was known for its friendly and kind residents but maybe that doesn’t apply to everyone.

Everything at the melfort dairy queen has unfortunatly changed and I will not be returning after too many problems with customer service issues from getting the correct order to being on time. Sometimes it takes 12 minutes to get your food but more often than not it's a 25 + minute wait so it's not a good place for lunch break or if ever in a hurry. Dissapointed as this was a childhood favorite spot. Super sad new management took over a while back and it's never been the same since.

Worst customer service. Called to ask if Brownies contains egg and told me to call them back after half an hour. Lol he could have checked it right away and answered it.

Can’t say how many times they have gotten my order wrong with either thin patties or messing it up all together. Customer service is very disrespectful, talk in their own language and laugh at others. Very race based environment. Not to mention I shouldn’t be paying how ever much money just for them to mess it up, and when I bring it to their attention I couldn’t get a refund. One of the worst fast food establishments in town. Edit: ALSO the reviews from years ago when it was ran by different employees and managers the reviews were actually half decent compared to the reviews since it’s been ran by Middle Easterns.

the white woman who took my order today looked miserable, like she was holding back tears. Meanwhile the rest of the employees were middle eastern and talking in their language and laughing at her while she stood there and watched. There is so much division here because of race. It is very sad to see this.

Got a burger meal, drove straight home to learn that two patties in the burger were cold. Two slices of cheese did not even attempt to melt. Feel like they were sitting out for a while but were good enough to serve me. Always a gamble.

That place needs to be blessed.
