I have been getting my banana split no pineapple extra strawberries for a long time, today I got it again and my banana was so green that I needed a knife to cut it , I have never had one like it. So very disappointed!

I'm not sure if this is a one-off or the recipe has changed. I picked up a Buster Bar today with no fudge; just soft serve, peanuts and chocolate coating. The wrapper still says there is supposed to be fudge in it, but none there for me.

I used the drive thru for an ice cream craving.. there was no confirmation of what I ordered and it was wrong. I called to let them know and mentioned how to improve. They did not want my advice or to correct the issue and the manager did not return my call so I will no longer be a customer.

Been around this town all my life. This specific dairy queen is gone way downhill. Messed up orders long wait times and quite honestly the staff is quite rude. Tonight will be the last time I go there.

It’s going downhill fast . I suspect Wendi’s will close them down. This community is cliquey and once you’ve been shunned , it’s hard to claw back. Start by cleaning the place .

Last time I visited this location; it had a odd smell. The burger quality has declined here; lacks that signature charbroiled flavour. And the workers kept staring at our table repeatedly which made my mother uncomfortable.They also do not provide me with my receipt unless I ask for it. The receipts have a survey included.

Everytime I go to dairy queen, I ask for a strawberry banana milk shake. I've went about eight different times. They say they don't have any bananas. Then I saw a female go and I herd her ask for the same thing. The guys jumped on it right away. Who ever you have working in melfort is making you loose out on business.
I visited this location March 27th 2022 at 5:45 pm Whenever me and my family have came here it's always been a little dirty , but we were unbelievably shocked with how dirty it was this time. There was food all over the table with spilt sauce all over the ground and chairs , we considered taking our business elsewhere. We then proceeded to nicely ask the young man at the till to clean the tables , he very rudely responded, and then moped over to the table , but he then only cleaned the one table. The food was okay , but the atmosphere was absolutely discusting , the service was so bad ,it completely ruins the in dining experience. All I have to say is that its a good thing the health inspector didn't come in today. Before we would have definitely came back but this time may have ruined eating here ever again. Do better Dairy Queen

First off I waited like 10 minutes in the drive thru for someone to even acknowledge me. After I got my food, my fries tasted like plastic and weren’t even fully cooked. My burger though. Omg. The patty was still frozen, the bun was falling apart (not toasted) and it was just the most disgusting meal I have ever had. Super disappointed. Couldn’t eat any of it.

I'll give them five stars but I do have one big complaint and that is when I order a meal that comes with ice cream they always bring me my ice cream right away before any food is even close to being ready so I get them to put my ice cream in the freezer so it won't melt and I don't know why they do this here so I hope they all read this unless everyone else in town eats their ice cream first then their food??? No big deal if that's what you're in to cuz this town has good people and it's set up in a good way for traffic so you don't have a stop sign at every intersection and several traffic lights on main Street like Melfort does me idiots.

Worst dairy queen I've ever been to, blizzards are never mixed properly and usually have about half the toppings in them. Double cheese burgers only come with one slice of cheese and usually taste like they've been sitting out for hours. Normally dairy queen is my go to for fast food but dont think i can go back to this one.

The only good thing about this dq is they take multiple coupons per order. New owners. Not sure how clean they keep things but burgers are usually cold.
