We chose Koffee Grounds as it was recommended to us by a friend who lives in Melfort. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The barista acted as though we were an annoyance and that she didn’t want to be at work. I had ordered my drink with oat milk and she made it incorrectly the first time. When I did have a sip of my drink - the temperature was extremely hot. We sat down for about 10 minutes before taking our drinks to go, I ended up dumping mine out because the milk was burnt. The customer service is lacking which ruined our experience. This is especially unfortunate because the space is so cute. They also serve Rampage coffee which is local and delicious when prepared correctly.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Very horrible service and catering. I have always come to this cafe to do school work and to wind down, but now I cannot do that anymore, I believe that this cafe was a place to do school work and to feel safe , but now you have to buy a drink in order to stay and when you don't, the atmosphere switches from welcoming to cold and hostile. This cafe used to be very welcoming but ever since the switching of the management it now feels unwelcoming and being here feels uneasy. I will not be coming here again as “transactions” matter more to you guys rather than the quality of service. Quality over quantity. If you want transactions, regular customers should not be forced to buy a drink because they are regulars, other customers come once and they will never come again so if you want transactions keep the regulars, don’t scare them away. They are the ones who will be generating your “transactions”
