Filthy tables floor bathrooms. Only one stall working and this is our third time through same situation. Never again!

My sister in law and I have not received the food that we ordered twice in one month. In May she ordered an egg muffin and there was no egg in the muffin. Today I ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich and got a hamburger of some sort not what I ordered. Another issue is there has been no decaf coffee available in two different locations. So I do not drink your coffee as a result.

Stood at the counter wanting to order and was ignored by 4 workers, apparently drive through needs 3 people standing around while people are waiting to order at the till. Need a priority check

The service in Melfort is fantastic. I call is service with a smile. Should there be anything wring with the order, they will correct it. So definitely 5 stars from me to the service and staff. (Ok to be fair it does depend on who the shift leader is)

Too slow and poor quality. We had stopped in to use the bathroom and get some food for our family. Took almost ten minutes for our food to come. Three of the burgers were made wrong, including one missing a burger patty. The coffee was lukewarm. We'll go elsewhere next time.

Several times my orders have been wrong or missing an item. One time, there was a hair in my burger. Drive through waits are also longer than ideal. Food is always cold.

Terrible service.. half the time they cut you off while placing a drive through order.. finally get the order and they screw it up.. whats the point of ordering with the app when they still make you wait 15 minutes at 630am.. rediculous

Well, I guess it’s official—McDonald’s thinks I’m tougher than I look. I ordered a poutine, and they handed it over… forkless. Now, I’m no stranger to a good challenge, but wrestling cheese curds and gravy with my bare hands wasn’t exactly on my dinner bucket list. I briefly considered going full primal mode and just scooping it up caveman-style, but ultimately, dignity (and napkins) won.

In my forkless despair, I hatched a plan. I ended up driving a half hour to the next city, feeling like I was on a covert mission. I snuck into a gas station, casually grabbed a handful of forks, and made a stealthy getaway. Victory was mine! I felt like the James Bond of cutlery theft.

Two stars because the poutine tasted fine… but McDonald’s, please, for the love of gravy, include a fork next time. My next adventure shouldn’t involve a cross-country utensil heist.
