Disgusting experience. The oil tasted old and dirty— fries and the chicken burger were soaked in grease. Nothing felt fresh, clean, or safe to eat. This location seriously needs to get its hygiene and food standards under control, it makes me question how often they actually change their oil. On top of that, employees weren’t even taking orders properly; they were too busy talking and laughing with each other instead of doing their job.

Order was accurate, hot, and ready faster than expected during a busy time. And the staff here seemed organized and focused. No standing around or confusion. Would go there again👍🏻

They are very slow every day whether their packed or empty. You could wait 20min just for nuggets. You have to wait 10min just for them to take yout order. They are the slowest fast food in melfort and some staff are very rude.

The food here is absolutely terrible a week ago I got a sprite that was stale and tasted like it was 95% water and today I got fries and they are the worst fries I’ve ever had they were burnt and had zero salt in them very disappointing.

Terrible service the last few times I’ve been here. Place could sure use some customer service training 😞. If all you want is coffee, go next door. Great service there.

The last three nights I have been two of this McDonald's after my late shift it has been so bad. The customer service at the window has just been so rude for one of the nights. There was a young lady there blonde hair and didn't say anything to me when I came to the window and spoke so quietly and I couldn't even hear her the second night which was tonight I got there and they were talking so quiet. I had to turn my truck off which isn't even that loud and then when I get to the window, there is literally nobody else there and it takes them another 15 minutes to have my food ready not impressed.

All good except cleanliness was an issue w tables not being wiped down and the table markers were very dirty. Lots of dead bugs in the window sills.

Staff here are not interested in serving you inside. They will leave you standing there for a very long time.
The burgers are made without care and attention.
It is the last place I want to go.
